      If you have senior that you care about do not let them call Tiburon Insurance. These people will sign them up for a new insurance without explaining anything to them. No information on the plan nor any additional benefits. My mother was signed up and told that her new plan would start in January. That is unprofessional specially with our seniors since they can't comprehend everything as well as they used to. ***************************** pushed the plan onto my mother and when we tried to reach her she refused to answer any calls. She processed the info to meet her quota. Luckily, we contacted ******** they were able to delete the information and put things back the way they needed to be. She is extremely unprofessional and is an opportunist. Taking advantage of people to meet her work goals. Also, any company with the name Tiburon (Shark) alone should give you a red flag.
