    I was erroneously charged $395.57 for front lawn mowing services for one month. The company said they had to show up and mow 7 times during the month due to “rain” thus my charges were more than doubled. I never approved the increase in services. They took my money from my bank account BEFORE invoicing me and will not respond to my requests for a full refund. They are taking advantage of people by mowing as often as possible and sending the monthly charges through the roof.

    We originally started working for you in spring of 2023 and have enjoyed working for you.

    Regular mowing frequency is influenced by growth rate.

    Fescue does not grow in Kansas City during January or February so there was no mowing during that time. As the temperatures warm up the grass starts to grow. We had more rain this May than normal combined with perfect temperatures for growing grass; which increased the growth rate and therefore we had to mow more often. 

    We were hired to perform regular mowing services and there was no issue receiving those services until it was time to pay for them. Unfortunately we can not offer a refund for services that were authorized and performed.

    Per your request we have cancelled all future services as of 6/3/2024

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I demand refund for the erroneous mowing. There was no need to mow 7 times a month driving the price to almost triple.  In addition to that, you took my money BEFORE invoicing me, preventing me from disputing.

    i have many contacts in local media and radio. This is going to be bad for business for you. Return the money you stole and we end this.
