    Beware of using this company for lawn mowing. They have a provision in their contract allowing them to charge multiples of their regular rate based on the tallest blade of grass they can find. My first mowing cost almost $200 for a standard size city lot. RIDICULOUS. They are more interested in money than customer service. — A Former Customer

    "If the grass is above 8 inches there will be an additional charge. Those additional charges will be 1.5x-3x of the Regular Mowing price."
    Our quotes are very clear and only a few sentences long so not like it was buried in the fine print. It's unfortunate you let the yard get extremely overgrown (1'-2') and had to be gone over multiple times, which takes substantially more time.

    Called for a quote on snow removal for a regular double driveway.
    I had to ask twice what I was told as I was sure it was a mistake..... $1,200!
    The guy who answered the phone thought it was funny too, very nonchalant.
    Will never use this company for lawn service either if this is how they take advantage of a situation.
