    Not convinced they can help me. My first meeting had me convinced Zeb knew what he was talking about. I gave him all my information, bank account, routing number etc. Now I have changed my mind. I requested a confirmation that everything has been canceled. Then they have someone else (the big closer, like buying a car) trying to talk to me. I don’t trust them. I was told by several people to go straight Medicare. I want a confirmation that they will cancel our agreement . They will not do it. High pressure to talk to someone.i don’t know what to do next. I guess change my bank account number.

    Hi Cheryl, On 10/4 you sent an email in to cancel your plan, and we responded on the same day to help facilitate that. A member of our client support team, Lacie (not in sales, nor a "big closer") reached out to assist with canceling the plan. In order to cancel, we need verbal confirmation, as we cannot accept cancellation instructions via voicemail or email. Our team is not here to pressure you—just to confirm and cancel as you requested. However, when Lacie tried reaching out, you refused to take her call and sent an email stating as such. We reached out again yesterday and requested you call us back to get this done but to no avail. Could you please take a quick call from our customer service team for 30 seconds to verbally confirm, and we’ll get it processed immediately? We are here to serve you, and are trying to do so. Thank you!

    Excellent experience. I spoke with several representatives over the course of several months. I was planning to retire and wanted to get educated in my choices and the pro’s and cons of each. As I got closer to retirement I had more questions. Each time I called I was very pleased with the patience and professionalism of the person I spoke with. I am very happy with my insurance decisions and this company took what can be a stressful time of major decisions and explained all options to me so I could make and feel comfortable making an informed decision. Thank you so very much!!!

    Medicare School continues to provide valuable information regarding the complex Medicare options. I have had two different Medicare advantage plans for three years and I use the information provided from Medicare School to determine what is best for me.

    They claim they want you to make the best decision by answering your questions, but if they can't "sell" you within one or two appointments, you are labeled as do it on your own and end the call. One of the most important decisions of your life and they expect you to make it within their time frame. Marvin and his son provide lots of information in youtube videos. They have many hours of information available. So how do they expect to relate that information in an hour per appointment, then drop you if you don't sign in the second appointment. Educate yourself with their, and others, videos... Then sign up yourself with the Insurance carrier online directly.

    Hello David, I looked into your record and call logs. You wasted multiple team members' time and caused a lot of issues with the harshness and ungratefulness of the way you communicated. We attempted to help you multiple times, but you were not accepting of any assistance, instead being argumentative and impossible to get along with. Take care, and we truly wish you the best on your Medicare journey.

    Simply NOT true... I was never rude, never harsh and never ungrateful... My questioning apparent inconsistencies in a recommendation and refusing to make a decision on the spot is your idea of be ungrateful? Marvin offers a lot of valuable information with his videos, but dealing with an agent if you have questions beyond the basics, and I believe they realize that you are kicking the tires so to speak and are better off cutting you loose to pursue easier sales. This cements the reality that your company is equivalent to a used car lot for me... Salesmen simply trying to make a sale for the commission in what they consider a reasonable amount of time... Both agents both times made reference to the time it was taking on our second calls...

    I set up a phone appointment with them and they never called, even though they e-mailed and texted me several time to remind me to be sure that I'm ready for their call. Once they missed the call, i never got a response from them.

    I had a wonderful experience with *************************** from the ***************. He provided such stellar service that I could not ask for more. He explained everything carefully and was very patient throughout our meeting. Everything was so clear and thorough that I now feel competent and empowered in my choice and use of ******** services. ***** is such a genuine and committed human being.
