If possible I would give it a lower grade. My husband and I feel let down by this organization and urge others to go elsewhere. Here is our experience: First the team lead, Matt came to our house in Lee's Summit to assess the items, cost, etc. We were initially impressed by him, he was communicative and we decided he and his team would help us make the move from Missouri to Michigan. A couple days later the deal was confirmed with 2 trucks and 5 men (6 came total later). They confirmed they were supposed to be there at 9 am till 1pm on Friday June 28th. They guys didn't show up till 12:30! They said that they couldn't find any rental trucks. SO, tell me?!? On a day you are supposed to meet your clients at 9 am, shouldn't you get the trucks the day before? It gets worse, We lived in a 5 bedroom 3 bath house. We filled up the 2 trucks fast! Then they looked at us and said "I don't know". My husband had to rent a truck from Penske at the last minute with a trailer to drive it to Michigan. After that truck was filled up, there was still a lot of furniture in the yard, and half the garage. Matt said to "Prioritize what you want to keep." I was almost in tears. Was he telling me I had to "JUNK" my stuff? Yet again, I heard "I don't know." Well, thats what happened. Our lawnmower, pressure washer, a cabinet, boxes of items, even a couple of stuffed animals of my daughter's was about to be thrown in to the junk truck that my husband saved. My stress and frustration was at an all-time high. They claim to be stress-free moving. It doesn't end here. My husband and I got to Michigan. The guys drove down Sunday and we moved in July 1. The guys took directions well. They were also very accommodating and took items to storage. All in all, the guys at both locations were hardworking. As soon as the final bill came, I tried to challenge the $635 junk haul they were charging us. WHY was it our fault Matt couldn't assess in the first place?
