  My move took place on 11/29. After multiple conversations over the past 3 weeks. Me explaining in detail to multiple people at various levels in the Moving Proz organization what occurred during my move. Each level of personnel explains that an internal investigation will need to take place, then they will follow up with me. I have asked for a specific amount of time in which they would follow up and at times none were provided leaving it open ended and other times frames were provided and without fail never honored.
  
  To start, I was quoted $3,700 for my move and it cost me just under $4,700. I understood there could be some additional charges. When the movers arrived and walked the house, they verbally commented that this looks like it was quoted properly, and it should take around the estimate quoted. It took approximately 8-9 hours to load my house, which was the entire amount of time allotted for the entire move. When I asked the head mover why it took so long, he stated they ran out of room and had to repack the 2nd truck to make most of my stuff fit. That is right, they left some of my things at the house due to not fitting. My thoughts are they thought it would all fit and did not pack the 1st 26ft truck as tight as they could and part of the 2nd 26ft truck thinking it would all fit, leading to an extra 1k charge.
  
  As for leaving some of my stuff at the house I was moving out of was concerning for the following reason. I had things I was throwing out which some of the movers asked if they could have. I said of course, not knowing they loaded the stuff I had thrown out but did not finish loading my belongings. Which I handled myself.
  
  At both the house I moved from and house I moved too, the movers left trash at each location like energy drinks all over the place as well as water bottles I had given them.

  If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Our recent experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. On the day of our move, the movers got into a loud and heated verbal altercation right in our front yard. For a solid three minutes, they screamed profanities at one another, completely oblivious to the fact that our neighbors and my 2-year-old son could hear every word.
  The situation escalated when my husband went outside to try to calm things down. Instead of resolving their issues, one of the movers turned his anger towards my husband, yelling profanities at him as well.
  To make matters worse, immediately after this confrontation, the movers got into their truck and drove away—taking our entire house's worth of belongings with them. They left without any communication or explanation, leaving in shock and disbelief at what had happened.
  When we followed up with Moving Proz customer service team, they seemed confused as to why we were calling to issue a complaint. They informed us that the movers eventually showed up to move our stuff in, completely disregarding the fact that they had driven off with our belongings with zero communication to us. We were offered a mere $100 compensation off our nearly $2,000 move. They seemed to think this was fair compensation since the move was completed as planned and we were "only yelled at and not physically hit."
  After numerous attempts to reach out and having to re-explain the situation each time, we have yet to hear back from them. This company has caused so much stress in the already stressful process of moving, and their complete lack of professionalism and customer care is appalling. Their dismissive attitude towards our complaint and inadequate resolution offer further highlight their unprofessionalism.
  Save yourself the headache by choosing a reputable and reliable moving company. This experience has been an absolute disaster from start to finish.

  I apologize that two men in your crew argued in such a way. We have appreciated the opportunity to work with you on a fair resolution. We remain committed to doing so. Hot days and manual labor can sometimes mean patience falls short and in this case the way our guys handled that lack of patience with each other wasn’t appropriate nor an accurate reflection of how we are committed to showing up on moving day. Our goal is to reduce stress, not add any to it in any way. I know the movers apologized to each other and to you and your husband on site. When we spoke with you during the move we took full ownership. We have taken steps to appropriately address this with two men from your crew. We are truly sorry about your experience.   If you want 95% of your furniture DESTROYED call them. They are not even responding to my emails or calls. Will be filing a claim and reporting this to the news. Terrible company.

  A nightmare from the start. They gave us an estimate of $1,012, but the total bill was nearly $500 higher. We know that estimates can change, of course, but the reason they gave for charging us hundreds of bucks more was completely bogus. We had signed up for a truck with a three-man crew. On moving day four guys showed up. The driver told us, "Don't worry, we won't charge you for the fourth guy." When they presented us with the bill, inflated to cover the fourth person, we balked at paying it. The driver put us in contact with a customer service agent and told her the driver had assured us we wouldn't be charged for the fourth man. She said that driver "is a seasoned professional. He knows better than to do that!" She flatly refused to believe us and continued arguing in a really loud and hostile voice, giving us no credence whatsoever.Then there's the damage. I thought the upper part of an heirloom red highboy dresser had been damaged in the move and mentioned it to the crew. A moment later the lead guy confronted me in a really ugly manner and said that the damage was already there, then he turned around and stalked off. My partner confirmed that he was correct, so I sought him out and apologized. I got no response except a cold stare. But it turns out that the red dresser HAD been badly damaged in the move. Not the upper part but the bottom third of the piece, which was still covered in a moving blanket and secured with tape. The lead guy knew this. His overbearing, ugly way of talking to me was to intimidate, bully and shut me down about the dresser. When my partner and I were able to inspect the entire piece, we found the bottom third was covered in fresh scratches and scuffs. The dresser drawers have unique silver Art **** pulleys. One was missing.More damage, more issues, but I'm running out of space. And just to make it clear, MOVING PROZ does not get back with us to address these concerns. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from them.

  *****, we have been in regular touch with ******* since he booked your move with us until recently when we had to block him due to harassment and threatening behavior. The harassment began on the day of the move with aggressive accusations towards our crew that later you and your partner admitted were unfounded. The day of your move there were some delays with your apartment that caused extra time. ******* was very frustrated and angry at the apartment complex. Though that was not a result of Moving Proz actions, we have attempted to work with you on those charges. When he reported damage, well over a month after your move, we worked with you despite that claim being outside of the reasonable timeframe for your move. ******* stopped replying to our emails and escalated to calling our staff multiple times a day at times threatening them until we were forced to block his calls. Moving Proz has made every good faith effort to work with ******* on any reasonable claim despite his escalated behavior and threats.

  ********************** and ****** were awesome! They were able to move our 2 bedroom apartment into the truck in 2 hours. The whole experience from start to finish was so seamless. The only small thing was having to wait until the day before our move to get the estimated arrival window, which I understand for scheduling reasons on their end. Overall it was a great experience and highly recommend!

  Moving rocks! But seriously - I was given 2 days notice that I needed to move. I expected moving to totally **** & Moving Proz made sure it didn't. They were able to get my move scheduled no problem. ***** on the phone was so kind, upbeat, and helpful. She assured me they would not leave me on moving day until the job was totally done. She even remembered me when I called back the next day & was familiar with my situation. **** was able to do a quick virtual *********************** my scrambled mess of a moving situation to give me an accurate quote. The day before the move, I was called to make sure everything was still on track. They were able to make note of how long my drive would be to meet them in the morning so I could have a courtesy call that was early enough. By the end of moving day, I was wishing I could move every weekend! DJ called me with an ample heads up, & even gave me an extra 10 minutes to make sure I could drive safely & meet them. From the start, DJ, ************** assured me they would take care of everything I needed. As I packed alongside of them, they always checked to see if I needed help. If I was taking something in my personal car, they would offer to load it up for me. They were all respectful, professional, thorough, efficient, and still very friendly & positive. They were very patient with me and allowed me time to make decisions on what I meeded moved. **** was able to take apart furniture items for me and offered to set them back up at their destination. They provided materials & packed things for me, always communicated & double-checked when necessary. ** explained everything very thoroughly before I signed any paperwork before, during, & after the move. It was obvious they genuinely cared about me as a customer, my ********************** experience, & my property. They even ended up fixing a furniture item that was previously broken! By the end, I was almost sad to see the moving truck driving off! Moving totally doesn't **** with Moving Proz.
