  ****** and ****** helped me out with my move and as someone using movers for the first time I was genuinely impressed with how fast and efficient these guys were, not to mention very polite and respectful. Would definitely use this company again.

  I would strongly encourage everyone to AVOID the incompetence and unprofessionalism of Moving Proz. I hired Moving Proz a few weeks ago and there were numerous issues. 1) The moving team didnt seem to have a moving strategy/plan. 2) Despite the truck having plenty of room to load everything and make one trip, they wound up taking 3 trips to complete the move. 3) They left items behind multiple times and had to return to get them. 4) Their mistakes added another hour (at least) to the total move time. 5) They failed to do a final walk through. 6) It took weeks of multiple emails and phone calls to get through to someone to explain what happened. 7) They finally offered to provide a nominal refund (nearly nothing), but stipulated that I would have to sign an agreement to not to write reviews. 8) When I emailed to ask questions about the agreement, they didn't bother to respond.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their bid was not accurate, they tracked mud through, and damaged my brand new washer and dryer that had never been used. They gave me all the excuses, said they are covered under contract law and would not do anything. I was told I did not get back with them within the 10 days after the move to disclose the damage, so they did not have to do anything. They dropped off my furniture and I did not move into the house for additional 3 weeks, so I was unaware of any damage until I went to hook up my brand new washer and dryer that had never been used.

  Hi ****, we are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We did attempt to work with you regarding some dirty floors 3 days after the initial move, although no floor protection was covered. You declined this offer. After all things were moved out of storage, in September, there is a 10 day period in which to submit a claim for damages, which was acknowledged by you in the Moving Contract on October 21, 2022 at 10:58am. We were not notified of any damages until December 5, 2022. Unfortunately, we are unable to submit or process any claims past the acknowledged ********************************************* the future.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Three of their "professionals" came to pack ************ of the guys stole my daughter's medication, she has autism. He not only stole a **** bag of old medications she used to take, that I had not yet disposed of properly, but also stole her current medications. I did not notice this until after the movers had left. What decent person stills medications from anyone, let alone a child with a disability. My daughter was left to have withdrawal symptoms until I finally found a hospital ER department that knew I was not lying about the theives from Moving Proz.After I had time to unpack all of my boxes after moving, did I write this review because I did not want to accuse these "professionals" of stealing other items, that I may have overlooked. Well they are all unpacked. They stole my items September 1st and I am just writing this on November 20th, that's how certain I wanted to before I wrote this damning reponse.These Moving Thieves also stole my black, full-length leather coat that I just purchased last season for $800. Reporting this to Moving Proz was a joke, I don't respect them enought to even write about their comments. Please do not ever use Moving Proz, I actually bought these three guys lunch while they stole from me! Their actions have changed how I view everyone, I feel as though I was violated. Please do not contract with these horrible, thieving people. I not only paid them $1,500, they stole from me, so it costs me more than that. FIND a reputable moving company, as Moving Proz hires thieves and there is no repurcussions whatsoever.

  Moving Proz are the PROFESSIONALS in the moving business. Do you want to be happy with your movers? Youll be delighted if you use Moving Proz. They carefully use blankets and tape down the blanket snuggly around all your items so nothing gets a scratch. They also use blankets on your home and doorway, so theres no marks or scratches anywhere in your home. My daughter has moved eight times in the last decade and Moving Proz was by far the best movers she has found to use. **************, **************, and ****** from the Moving Proz ************* office are the professionals you want for your next move. they will turn your dread about moving into an enjoyable day!

  Beware! This group will not fairly remediate any repair situation. Im left astounded by moving proz terrible customer service. They quoted me $850 to move my piano, I paid $1400 +tip and they damaged my wall and base board in the meantime. They sent me to their claims department which offered me $100. I replied that this is an unfair amount and i would like to know how they calculated that number. I told the girl handling this "case that it would make sense that we get a quote from a licensed professional and then go from there. She said all of their vendors were busy, and to basically take it or leave it. I pushed back again and said, $100 is unfair and all I want is for it to be repaired. Then she said, there is a possibility that one of our vendors can come out next week. BUT you have to sign our company release waiver first. I said i would sign it once the work is done, she continued to argue that it is company policy that I sign it first. After paying nearly double the quote, I am left feeling ****** and ripped off. The local ops guy said he would help too , and after multiple messages to him, only total silence. Ive attached pictures and their ridiculous release form, which literally says you release them forever. At least got a good laugh from that.This group is new as of this year here in ******, and I am a local and would highly suggest MoveMasters, ************* and **** Valley Movers. Take my advice!

  They took apart my furniture and unable to attempt to find the missing screws etc. and my chest dresser is broken/drawers are off track and the wooden shelf is not able to support the other shelves. No one has gotten back to me- instead wants to refund a good faith refund of $15! The first time using this company was awesome! As this is my second time using them- Im completely upset and now have to spend more money on bedroom furniture!

  This company is a joke! I was told their employees were properly trained, but the employees that came to move my items were not professional at all nor did they appear to have had proper training in moving items. I discovered some of my items were broken. They scraped my beautiful hard wood floors. My expensive wood furniture pieces were scraped on the edges. Some of my items were missing. The claims department is also a joke and an illusion, because it does not appear to be a true operational company taking in the claims. When I reported my items missing the company did nothing only told me sorry for the inconvenience. They never offered to pay nor replace the missing items. I am pursuing to file a small claims case against the company and the employees that moved me for my missing items. I recommend to anyone not to use this company's service. If you do and your items come up stolen or missing they will not replace nor pay for your missing items.
