    Mistreated, treated unfairly, unprofessional, I was very and missed 2 days of work, on the third day was my day off, so I didn't call in, was told I didn't call in and was told I had to have a doctor's note to come back, I said it was my day off and was told he didn't approve it so it didn't matter that I was off on the schedule. Which the schedule was made at the beginning of the month was not told he changed the schedule, the boss threw my desk away and put all my personal stuff in hallway for other to take what they wanted. He wrote me up for not doing my job as of company protocol, which I was with the company for a year and no one ever give me anything about company protocol and I asked him for copies of it and he never give me anything. I was told by formal managers that there wasn't and have never been any protocol to cleaning the building, b get the new guy was just making up stuff to write me up cuz I was there a year and they didn't want to give me a raise.I've had staff family members and residents telling me that the building look great it's the best it's looked in for a long time.

    Paula, we're saddened to hear of your upset with us. This seems like more of an HR issue than a business issue and I'm disappointed you never contacted me about any of the issues in your complaint. I'm aware you called in sick two days and then did not show up or call in to work even after the day you claim you were scheduled off, so we considered it a voluntary resignation. I did ask you for cleaning schedules and protocols and you said you would get them to me but they were never received. Again, I'm disappointed you chose not to discuss these items with us before you resigned. I wish you the best in your future endeavors.
