    I went into Aesthetics Surgical Arts for a procedure. After the surgeon saw me on my 1st visit, he informed that ***** **** the office manager would call me with the quotes of the procedure. ***** never called me, so I reached out to her several times. The front desk would always give ***** the message, but she would never return my call. I kept reaching out to *****. I finally spoke with *****, and she was rude, over talking me and being disrespectful and saying the surgeon does not do insurance my roommate overheard the discussion on how I was being treated. My 2nd visit with the surgeon he told me once again that I would get quote on the 2 procedures and that ***** would email me or call me. Never got call from *****. I called again no return calls from *****. My insurance company called me and said they had question on one procedure, and they had sent this to ***** to find out about the procedure. My insurance said they sent the inquiry about 5 days ago to *****. I sent ***** email informing her that my insurance needed this information. ***** told me that she had just got it and she will take care of it the next morning. I called my insurance company to see if this was done and it was not done by *****. I emailed ***** to let her know that my insurance needs this information for me to have my procedure done in Aesthetic Surgical Arts office. I called ***** out in my email about her not doing follow ups and always giving me excuses. ***** started sending me rude emails for couple of days. The emails stopped and then I get Divorce Letter from ******** ******* that works in *** ***** ***** ****** for me not to use their services anymore. ******** ******* has nothing to do with Aesthetics Surgical Arts. Both of these 2 businesses are in the same office. ******** never contacted me to discuss what the problem was she just sent me the divorce letter. I have never met these 2 ladies this is all by email with ***** and ********. I was to have follow up February 9, 2024, with the oral surgeon. The oral surgeon never stopped my care. But these 2 ladies that are not surgeon just office ladies stopped my care. With the disrespect and the treatment, I was given by email. I had my procedure done with exceptional office. *** ***** *** ******
