  April who works for Aesthetics Surgical Arts is rude office manager. I go in for my 1st visit and April was supposed to do predeterminations for a procedure I was supposed to have. April never calls me about the predeterminations. I call the office several times for the predetermination from April. The front desk said she will call you. Never got the call my dental insurance had to let me know. I go into the office for another visit see my doctor. My doctor tells me that April will send me another predetermination and I know how that will go no call nothing from her and I was right. I call April no response then down the road she finally calls me from my follow up call. I tell April that the physician said she was going to send me the email of the predetermination. April start over talking me, being rude, and disrespectful on the phone and saying also in the conversation that the doctor does not do predeterminations. April does not do any follow up calls and always have excuses. April tells me I should go back to my original surgeon. I get email a divorce letter from Kathleen business manager who work for Mia Belle Donna for me not to come there anymore. Kathleen never contacted me to see what the problem was. Instead of correcting the problem Kathleen avoided the costs. Never met in person April or Kathleen. To be told to go somewhere else when I am trying to get my predetermination done. Kathleen works for Mia Bella Donna MedSpan why is she contacting me I was in Aesthetics Surgical Arts. On there statement of service there committed to provide impeccable patient care through compassion and integrity. So apparently those statements are false. I will never step foot in there again and I will make sure everyone is aware of this situation. I wish I could give this zero rating for Kathleen and April. I want Dr. Camarata to be aware of these 2 employees he has working for him.

  If I could give 0, I would.
  Truly disappointed in the office managers April and Kathleen that can say what they want, treat someone so disrespectful and that's ok in their book of ethics, they simply send you notice not to return to the office.
  How inhumane that is to someone who is going thru enough stress they just add to it and argue and over talk you. The doctors are caring and empathetic, too bad the billing people and office managers are not. Instead of correcting a problem that was your fault, they simply tell you not to return
