On 4th of February 2025 around 16:20 pm at Imaging Diagnostic Centers, P.A., I paid 600 U.S. dollars, and had my CT scan done. After the procedure, I was told to get the CT scan report with QR code at the front desk. I went to the only front desk staff name **** for the report of my CT scan, she made a not working printer an excuse then ignored my request for my CT result. Later, very aggressively, she even told me to get out of the place.

I told the manager there about the Diagnostic Imaging Centers not being able to give my former ultrasound reports with QR codes because of not working printer on the first week of December in 2024. She suddenly, turned into an aggressive person pointing her finger at me then screaming constantly and lying that I had threatened her. I did not threaten anyone with anything at all.

I want the business place to close down permanently then never have as well as be afflicted to any kind of healthcare business anywhere. I also want the front desk staff, the manger, and the director never to work at any place anywhere.

Even after paying for their services, I was denied some of the reports of my ultrasounds, humiliated as an innocent patient, and threatened as the law abiding citizen of United States of America.

      Business Response

      Date: 04/07/2025

Our records indicate that the patient was provided the QR code and that she has now been discharged from our practice.  Any further communication related to this matter could create HIPPA issues, so we consider this matter closed.  The $600.00 owed as services were provided.

According to the official letter of "Notice of Physician-Patient Termination" by President *** ***** ******** of Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A., the bussiness "cannot communicate in a manner appropriate for continuing care because of my threatening and inappropriate behavior toward the staff exhibited on 02/04/2025." These allegations are completely false.

Being alone, fearing for my safety and security, I called 911 on the manager, front desk staff, and the director at Imaging Diagnostic Centers, P.A., ***** ***** ******* ***** ***** **0, Olathe, Kansas 66062, U.S.A.. The 911 responder cop on duty said that I had not committed any crime and I was appropriate there which proves that I am innocent unlike the letter that made the false allegations.

The Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A., did not send any result of my "CT scan of my abdomen and pelvis" for more than a month to the office of my physician for me to get appropriate treatment for my reoccuring pain.

So, I, **** ***, as a victim patient demand all of the businesses of the Diagnostic Imaging Centers, P.A., to close down permanently in the world. Also, the employees who provided their cares to me that day there on 4th of February 2025 and the administratives who decided on the letter for never to work again, anywhere.

Sept 3, 2024, I was referred to Diagnostic Imaging for an MRI. I scheduled the MRI for October 2. When I arrived, I was told the procedure was pre-approved by my insurance, and I had to pay $412.22, which is what I was told was my portion would be after insurance. I used my credit card to pay the whole amount.

On October 28, 2024, my insurance company issued my Explanation of Benefits, showing that the patient portion was $309.54 (the whole allowed amount since it was paid as part of my deductible). So I was over charged $102.68. This is even more frustrating because they had the preapproval showing the ALLOWED amount and still charged me more than that! Then on top of it, I have called FOUR times trying to get a refund. Two times I spoke with different people who admitted I was owed the refund, and said they contacted the refund department and would investigate and get back to me. Neither called back. The two other calls went to voicemail that were never returned, despite the message saying the calls would be returned no later than 2 business days later.

I need to be refunded the overpayment immediately. This is a horrible business practice to knowingly, if not intentionally, overcharge patients and then give them the runaround to get a refund and never actually refund them.

The date of service was on 7/31/2023 at Diagnostic Imaging Centers **** ******* *** *** ******* **. I asked if they accepted my insurance and was advised they do. I had a mammogram performed which should have been covered by my insurance at 100%. I received a bill for this service and called them. The billing department stated they no longer accept my plan and cannot file for out of network benefits even. They also stated I should never ask them if they accept my insurance because they can't possibly know all of the insurance that is accepted. If this is the case, then they should not be telling people they accept the insurance and then bill them when they do not. I do not believe I should be responsible for a bill when I was misled.

      Business Response

The customer was referred to us by his physician and we provided services to the customer on two
different dates of service. One exam was provided on 1/11/2021 and one exam was provided on
      1/14/2021. The customer presented his insurance card (****** **** * * ****** ****** **** *******)
at the time of registration. However, our registration staff selected ****** ****** **** instead of
****** ****, so the claim was originally sent to the incorrect claims address, and we received a notice
that coverage was denied. Our billing department then identified the error and corrected the billing
information in February 2021. Claims for both dates of service were then sent to ****** **** and the
claims were processed. The total amount charged for both dates of service was $952.00. ****** ****
adjusted those charges per our service contract to $352.46 total for both exams and the balance was
applied to the customers deductible (patient responsibility) per his ****** **** insurance benefits. Our
billing department mailed the customer billing statements on three different occasions, but we never
received a response and/or payment from the customer. The balance of $352.46 was sent to our
collections agency (Executive Financial Consultants) after 6 months had gone by without receiving a
payment from the patient. The balance of $352.46 has been with Executive Financial Consultants for a
year, so this outstanding balance is on the customer’s credit report. If the customer pays Executive
Financial Consultants, they can notify the credit bureau about the payment and have the customer’s
credit report updated to show the balance as paid. I can provide additional billing documents if needed,
but I will need a signed release by the patient since the documents contain protected health
      information.

I am rejecting this response because: What is with the weird photo? Also ******* ****** **** *** was responsible for paying this and you refused to submit the bill to them.

The customer states he is rejecting the original response because: “What is with the weird
photo?”. I’m not sure what he is referencing, as I did not submit any type of photo with my
original response. I would request additional details about this photo he is referencing to. The
customer also states that “******* ****** **** *** was responsible for paying this and you
refused to submit the bill to them.”. The customer presented a ****** **** (A ****** ******
**** *******) insurance card at the time of service, and a claim for the services provided was
processed by ****** **** (***). I do not see any documentation in the customers file
      indicating ******* ****** **** **. Additionally, I don’t believe ******* ****** **** *** provides
health insurance plans. I’m happy to assist the customer directly if he has additional questions.
He can call my office phone at ***** ******** *****.

      Sincerely,
