  Had my Brother recommend ***********************, he stopped by and inspected the roof. Appreciate *************** help thus far being thorough as he was breaking the process down to me.

  Do not use this company! This was the biggest mistake my husband I and I made. The salesman was very friendly and nice, but the work was shoddy and they had to come out 3 times to fix issues that we had with our roof. They literally left a hole the size of my fist in my roof which would have caused all kinds of damage to my home. I highly recommend having someone go on your roof and inspect everything that they do. If you don't be prepared for nothing but trouble in 5 years or less when they are long gone. They installed the ridge vents (higher cost) incorrectly which would have made the manufacturer's warranty null and invalid if we didn't make them come out and fix it. Nothing but a hassle from day one of installation.Once we thought we were finished with them, the new roof that they installed leaked! It was less than 2 months after they installed the roof and the size of a basketball. We contacted them to come back out and repair the issue and paint our kitchen ceiling. We agreed to this and they gave us an estimate of $650. Their painters showed up and did a 5-minute patch job that we could have done ourselves for $50 and were completely done in less than 2 hours. They didn't paint all the way to the edge of the wall so you can see the difference between the old paint and the new paint.I immediately called ******* Christmas, the ** who never returned my call. Today they send my husband an invoice (5 months after they did the work) for the bill from *************************, Executive Assistant/Legal with the estimate because I already stated how furious I was with the service that we received. I love how they waited 5 months to send an invoice for the service. It should have been sent immediately after the work was done.Buyer Beware! I wish I had never allowed them in my home. Be smarter than me, don't trust them or allow them in your home. Thankfully my husband made them upgrade us to the 5-year warranty. Don't use them!

  Our lead person on the job Kaleb Eagerwas excellent. He made sure we understood all aspects of contract and the project. He was available to us prior to the re-roofing, during the roofing and after completion. The reroofing project was handled quickly to accommodate crazy spring weather. The workers were at our house early and very focused on the work. We would highly recommend Shamrock

  Great company to work with. Chase at Shamrock handled absolutely everything with my insurance company and made the process very easy. The replacement was the result of hail and wind damage from a tornado that went through our area in November. If he hadnt knocked on my door and explained that several homes in my area had experienced damage, I would have never known. ***** climbed up on my roof, inspected it, took photos that would justify the damage to my insurance company. ***** then contacted my insurance company, had them send their adjuster over for their own inspection. ***** handled all correspondence and transactions and the roof only cost the amount of my deductible. Easy, peasy. The Shamrock crew was efficient, fast, and polite. They cleaned up everything when finished. If you even think you possibly could have any damage, it might be worth contacting Chase at Shamrock Roofing and having a conversation.

  Under ********************* care and lead, we were so taken care of that we would recommend Shamrock to anyone!!! He was honest, trustworthy, reliable, professional, efficient, and a joy to work with! He proved to go above and beyond and they even discovered issues that our original builder had neglected and fixed those as well. We even received a cup and freshly baked cookies as a Shamrock thank you gift AND $200 cash when we referred our neighbor. I give them 5 Stars and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, gutters or windows!

  I contacted Shamrock Roofing to inspect for missing shingles and replacing the aged roof on my house. Shamrock called to discuss my request and schedule a project manager to meet me with the next business day (submitted my request on a Friday). The project manager, ******************* was prompt and inspected our roof. He explained what damage was found (along with pictures) and recommended to file a claim with our home owners insurance. Our roof was older and was only covered under deprecated value.*****, assisted with filing the claim and came back out when the adjuster was here to show the damage and to make sure nothing was missed. The insurance company ended up paying for 48% of the cost (which was more than I expected). Being January I knew we would have to wait for more favorable weather. Luckily, we got a break of nice days in February and the work was completed in one day.The crew were very courteous to my family as members had to leave for school, work, etc. Overall, the work was completed on time and met all of our expections. I would highly recommend using this company and will again if the need arises.

  I worked with *********************** and he did a great job working with my insurance. The installation went well and the roof looks great and they installed it in the middle of the winter in the cold. Very good company and I will be recommending them to others.

  **** ***** came out to inspect my roof. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I didnt end up getting my roof done but this will definitely be the first place Ill call when I do. Highly recommend.
