  This business is as crooked as they come. From personal experience and multiple friends experience. I took a vehicle in after they told me the repair I need would be half the cost of an engine replacement. When I left rig there so they could evaluate it they quoted me more than the price to replace the engine and I told them exactly that over the phone. When I went to pick up truck it no longer ran at its normal capacity. Which mind you I drove it back from Vegas with NO ISSUES. I took it there because my friend had taken his truck in for a simple quoted maintenance. On a truck that drove with out issues except to add water here and there. Once they got it instead of doing what they quoted they tripled their price and told him he needed all kinds of things. Their is several lawsuits against them for saying they replaced stuff that they never did. They got one customer for over $50k saying the new motor they installed got hot so wasn't covered under warranty charged customer for motor replacement but yet got the full warranty covered. This happened 3 times with same big company. They need shut down put out of business and never allowed to operate again!!!!

  After investigating this reviewer we found that the vehicle was driven in on 11/06/2023 with a Repair Order written up “Customer concern vehicle has blow by, check and advise.” The “customer” signed the document permitting us to diagnose the concern which we did. We confirmed the concern and recommended a long block replacement for $12,925.00 + tax. The “customer” declined repairs and told us that he would be taking it to a guy he knew in Arkansas who could do it for half the cost. We told him he should do that, that he was getting a great deal. The “customer” picked up the vehicle in the exact condition it arrived it and was NOT charged for the diagnostics performed.
  As far as the reviewers’ implications about other customers' “complaints,” these are vastly false along with the numerous bogus lawsuits against us. This reviewer happens to be an employee of a “customer” whose vehicle we recently had to have repossessed because he refused to pay his bill. Let’s remember everything is public record these days, those who know our company know what we stand for and what we don’t. Taking to the internet in an attempt to muddy a company’s name they work extremely hard for which the false allegations hold no merit shows more about the person than the company.
