    Always had positive interactions with them, ordered a frank b stiletto with the hope quality would be good I know they are handmade. Quality wasn't good at all but as I understand that is common place for true Italian switchblades they are more of a collector piece. I contacted them with my concerns and they were quick to take it back and refund my money. I couldn't ask for any better service.

    I ordered a knife online from Direct Knife Sales on 4/9/24. It was paid for using a credit card and the transaction went through. After receiving no correspondence about the knife being unavailable or other problem for over 2 months after the transaction, I called Direct Knife Sales twice in July, leaving my name, address, phone number, purchase date and problem. I never received any verbal or written response and have not received the item I paid for.

    AMAZING! Would definitely recommend! ..... LOTS of faulty negative reviews out there.... read the description, be patient, shipping takes 2-3 weeks, but they deliver a GREAT product! At AWESOME prices! Me and my family will order again :)

    First time customer and admit I was skeptical given some of the reviews that have been written. However, for me the process couldn't have gone any smoother. I received and order confirmation, shipping notification with tracking number and product arrived shortly thereafter. Quality of the knife ordered is excellent and the pricing was 30- 35% lower than competitors. I will be using Direct Knife Sales again!!!

    My third order from Direct in around a month time went exactly as the first two, shipped out quick, very nice price, around 150$ less than similar knives elsewhere. I've saved quite a bit of money shopping here, I'd say around 300$! The knives themselves have zero quality issues, and really solid and sturdy with good weight and very well made blades sharp as can be. I'd had a quick question about tracking on the order which was responded to quickly and professionally. I see some negative reviews here, but myself, I've not had any issues whatsoever after three orders. If you're looking for quality knives and lower than average prices, and fast shipping, then I'd suggest before buying you check into Direct and price compare! Willing to bet they're the cheapest. I don't know much about switchblades as these are my first three I've had, but I'll certainly be back for at least a few more, but I'm only buying here from this seller, just makes sense to go where the experience has been great. A great many thanks for the great start of what will probably be a huge collection! ???? And as I see there's throwing stars here, prob some of those too! ????

    This is a great place to order knives from. They really went the extra mile to make sure that I got the knives I ordered. I just found the place I feel confident enough about to help me complete my switchblade collection.
