    They shouldn't charge extra cost. Taxes fine but not the extra per dollar per item. Should really check out the stuff saying a heads up weather it at least works or not. I been back dding along time and will still bid if and when I find stuff thank you ,**************

    The process is easy. But the item i bought (battery leaf blower) that was listed as appears new doesnt work because of a defective battery and charger. I sent an email and if i hear back i would change the rating. Simply testing an open box item would be nice before listing it up for auction.

    Have won at several local affiliates through equip-bid. Most all products have been exactly as stated. When something wasn't, they did right. All great experiences!

    I purchased a [57pc Vintage Sangostone ******** Set and Shell Wall Art.] set of ******************** house said they could mail to me. They packed in a box labeled CLOTHES & MISC, but no FRAGILE listed on package. set was left on front porch in the rain & was saturated. I had to take a plastic tote to unload box contents into it. There were 19 broken dishes in the ******* contacted auction house. They said they filed claim with *** but were denied any damage compensation. If box would have been labeled properly, it may have not sustained so much damage. The auction house has denied me any type of refund for my damaged ********** will never use their service again.

    Products are what they say they are. Photos are excellent in showing you product/packaging/flaws. Bidding is easy as is payment process. Pick-up process in ************ is phenomenal. KC Marketplace team is efficient. Best online auction experience Ive had!

    Bidding was easy. Item photos were OK, but I was worried because my item was in an open box, so I couldnt see the condition. I am glad I took a chance on it. Pickup steps were stellar.
