    Sight person had a very bad attitude and was verbally abusive to me. I know that a court order was the cause of things being pulled but they should have stopped the auction instead of selling items and then taking them away because I would have not bid on some of the latter items that I did.

    ********* does a great job of handling online estate sales and the like. I have never needed to interact with any of their direct employees, which is likely a good thing. Their system provides an effective and reliable conduit between buyers and sellers. Their terms of service and "how-to bid" instructions are clear and concise; they provide timely "outbid notices" and efficiently generate accurate after-sale paperwork/receipts for the buyers and sellers.

    These auctions have been a game changer. I laugh when my friends pay retail prices. I have furnished and decorated my home and bought holiday and birthday gifts for a fraction of the original price. The customer service tends to be exceptional, with very few outliers.
