  You have to read the description of the item and the code. Only appears new can be returned for your money back. Most items have something wrong with them. Most with parts have parts missing. Many can be ordered to fix the item. Many can't. It is very rare to bid an item still in it's original packing. Most that have been opened are missing parts. To order parts/shipping puts the price at retail new. Just order new at Amazon and it comes to your door. This is not for everyone. Just know this is not saving you any money or time but is interesting just the same. It is exciting to get a deal but keep track of the cost of deal, no deals.

  I have been buying from them for over 12 years. Still using most of what I purchased. Lately most of my purchases have been from the ********** affiliate. They are efficient, clean and helpful.

  I took the following concerns to the auction house, Winchester and Sons at the number listed on ********** site, who I have been communicating with since the day of pickup. They have stopped responding to my attempts to contact them. I purchased a refrigerator through *********. I scheduled a pickup window that was in 5 minute increments through your site and confirmed this time with the individual at the phone number above. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was still inside the home. In order to remove the fridge from the house, we not only had to disassemble it but also portions of the home (railings and decking). We were not prepared to be taking apart a persons home. In order to do this, we also had to go purchase tools. What should have taken 10 minutes took over 2 additional hours, which I incurred additional expenses for the individuals I paid to move it. And we not only removed and moved pieces of the home, we also reinstalled and moved them back to the way we found them. To make matters worse, the item was misrepresented as having a working ice maker. Per the terms online, I brought this to Winchester and Sons attention. They asked me what I wanted them to do about this situation and I told them that I wanted them to make this right. And they have not responded to my attempts to contact them since. This is my last ditch effort to get some resolution.

  The bidding process is well done . Liked the notifications of when I was outbid. Only one item did not look like photo. Not sure who took photos but they used the same photo for another item. Overall a good experience. Would continue useing them in the future.

  New to this process, but they were recommended for a place to start. Enjoying the site . Easy to pay and pick up! Products I did win. Some were great others so-so. Will continue with them!

  I have had great experiences, but unfortunately that is far and few between. I go in with the mentality of if I would be upset at gambling this money away then don't bid on the item. I have had poor experience with some of the vendors not accurately describing items. If you pick a box up and it rattles broken glass, I wouldn't call that appears new. I have also had a vendor recently reuse the same picture for items, which inaccurately showed the item I received was far more damaged then the one pictured. Yes you can get some great deals, but you can also get broken junk without knowing.

  These auctions have many useful items. Most are open box returns. Occasionally you receive items that are missing hardware which is easily replaced. I highly recommend shopping with them.

  It is easy to sign up and bid on items you want. Information is listed & easy to find in regard to terms and pick up of won items. Ive never had an experience with Equip-bid auctions where items were misrepresented! Buyers Premiums are typically higher (often double) than other online auction companies. That said, just be aware and adjust your bid to compensate. This is the reason Im giving a 4 star instead of 5. Wish I could give a 4 1/2! Overall Ive always had a good experience with *********!

  I love being able to buy items at an extreme discount. You just need to be careful bidding. There is no guarantee on if items work but I've found it's worth the risk. I've gotten some great items.

  Equip-Bid auctions are very easy to use. Bids are simple to place and track and outbid notices are emailed as they happen. Different sites have many different pick up rules so pay attention before you bid.
