    Timely and amazing service during a winter storm. I was without heat and they prioritize those emergencies over maintenance appointments. I would certainly understand if my maintenance appointment was rescheduled for this kind of emergency.

    Was once recently employed by LBA and can assure you DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. Their main priority is to get a sells person in the door to sell you on anything and everything. Their HVAC department will come in and say you need bigger ducks or that you’re furnace is producing to much carbon dioxide and they shut it down and make you purchase a new unit. They use scare tactics to get you to buy instead of helping their customers. The LBA plumbing department is just as bad, inexperienced people walking in just trying to sell you on something and priced RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. Their goal on any drain call is to sell you a new sewer system that is priced at an absolute ridiculous amount. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK

    Nick C. Was very knowledgeable and went to a great deal to details what I needed to know. LBA definitely has a great professional team.
    My problem is needed my warranty reviewed before asking me what options will I go on with. It's all business I get it. Thank you for the dedication. Greatly appreciated.

    Tyler was very friendly and professional. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to be doing and asked if we had any questions. After he finished he explained what he found and suggested a plan. We appreciated his customer service.

    Chase was my serviceman on this visit He was courteous and friendly. Post importantly he did a great job he king and cleaning the mini split.

    LBA is a extremely professional company. They have very knowledgeable and capable technicians there on time extremely polite and are always updating you on what they’re doing if they find a problem, they explain everything to you about how it happened what caused it, and what it will take to fix it. I had to have a technician come out on a Saturday. and they were here in no time at all to get my heater furnace going again we have used LBA for years because we are so satisfied with them. I wish I could give them more than a five star review. They’re worth 12.

    LBA sent JJ Hall into do an inspection and yearly clean up of our furnace. JJ H*** was very polite all the way through the appointment. When he got done, he came up and told me they were putting a "red tag" on our furnace and said that the CO was over 100, turned it off and said we were not allowed to turn it back on. He called in a team mate (Dre Sese) to confirm what he said and he confirmed it. BUT.... Thank God that our home warranty makes us get three bids before proceeding with work. We got three other bids and every single one of them disagreed with LBA and said there is no leak (CO was 0), no cracks, and nothing wrong with the system besides needing a bigger filter.
    LBA was going to send a senior tech out to recheck what JJ found, but they sent JJ back out. After watching JJ, he wasn't using his device correctly, in which he claimed LBA taught him to do (confirmed with what LBA manager said).
    Normally we have a yearly contract with them to work on our major appliances like that, but we will not any longer. They have tried getting us to okay thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work for a new water heater that is perfectly fine, an AC unit that is close to needing to be replaced but is still working perfectly, updating our Vent system - which can be worked around with out tearing up ceilings and to now replace a furnace that seems to have many years felt on it.
