      My home warranty sent them out for a water heater. Soon as the guy enters my house he talks about code. Mind you I've been on th8s house 3 years, and it was inspectioned prior to the purchase. This guy. talked about water pressure, hard water, water expansion tanks. The issue they sent me a bill first, before sending it to the warranty company. Once I get a notice from home warranty saying the heater and installation is approved. APW calls to say you need to pay the $1362.80 first. (The bill/Quote ) I've contacted other license plumbers and the are surprised at what they are trying to get me for. One licensed plumber has offered to do what is needed for $600.00. I looked up all the things needed myself it comes to less than $300.00 APW is a rip off upcharging over 400% for parts,and now won't even call me back.

      The customer was made aware of the fact that the tech made a mistake and included a part that was not needed. A bill and a quote are not the same. A bill means you owe money. We sent a quote.The customer also DID get a phone call back from the Manager on 9/26 in the am. We have been in contact.
