    I paid a medical bill from 10/2024, in 1/2025. $800 from my FSA account and $5.10 from my bank account, paid in full. I get a debt collection letter later in January for $805.10 from Berlin-Wheeler. So I called them and they get all snaky and insist I still owe the bill, so I ask them to get ahold of the hospital and if I do owe I need an itemized bill. Total silence from them until 7/16/2025 when I get a bill with an itemized statement I asked for 6 months ago. The bill is for $7.34 and I don’t know where they came up with that amount. So I call and talk to a CSR, and then a supervisor who all insist I owe the money, but also see the payments. I ask for a manager after telling me the same thing as her employees and me insisting she says it was a mistake to bill me, they just got a new system, and I don’t owe anything. After over 30 minutes on the phone, and of course they still have turned me in as not paying to the credit bureaus.

    I have tried numerous times to make a payment via their website and they make it nearly impossible to do so. I don't want to make a phone call because I am hard of hearing and even tried the live chat which I was obviously just going back and forth with a computer. I don't have an account number and the means to look it up on the site is impossible..
    These people must not want their money or they would make their website much more user friendly!!!!

    These people never quit harassing even after everything is pass 7 years old and off your credit report...they just don't care,using scare tactics on the phone calls to make you pay for something that's been removed and voided out.

    I never opened a acct to be charged what I was and they never pick up and no one has reached back out to me for dispute

    I called this morning in reference to a collection sent to my address but did not have my name on it. I called Berlin-Wheeler and told them this was not me and I owe nothing. Then they began to question me about if I know so and so. I told the lady I just want you to make sure this does not happen again and I did not call to be questioned. She told me just to answer the questions and I can hang up. I told her I can hang up anytime. She said goodbye abruptly. It is an awful business to treat a customer that pays their bills in this way.
