    Today I went to Crunch in Topeka, Ks as a guest of a paying member. I have had an account with Crunch since 2020. Unfortunately, every time I gave them a new credit card, my bank account was hacked. On the last visit, my credit card was charged twice, and Crunch would not refund the money. Today I was approached by the GM on personal issues, that were none of her concern. The New GM, tried to validate my purpose in the facility as she approached me literally while I was lifting weights. Suddenly, while we were having a private conversation, the GM's Fiancé came up and entered the conversation. Though he remained silent (since he is s Sheriff with Shawnee County) he was able to listen in on a "membership" conversation. Furthermore, the GM brought up that I wasn't allowed in a gym that she used to work at. On top of that she had apparently been in contact with other gyms, that I have not visited in over 10 years and was told that I wasn't allowed there also. This is not true. Even if so, I have done nothing but workout at Crunch as a guest on 5/30, 5/31 and today June 2, 2023. The person I was with and myself can be seen working out on camera together. What is more disturbing is that the new GM who started May 30th, was referencing things about my personal life that were and are 100% hearsay. As-in this was the first time I have ever talked to her. She was rude and over-talked me the entire time. What makes it worse, is that those she was attempting to quote policy, she also looked up the person I was with account and gave me the details on an account that was not mine; In fact, after I had left the facility. She gave my personal account information to the person I was with. The person I was with account showed her picture, but the name was wrong. Once this individual realized that her kids could have been abductive from the facility, due to an incorrect name. The GM offered no apologies and keep bringing up my personal information. This was a horrible experience!
