    I used two men and a truck for my move on January 18th. First of all, they sent three men for the move. They lacked training in loading the truck and I had to give them advice on loading the truck. The truck was loaded poorly and items were damaged. They also lost the connectors to my sectional and this has not been resolved. I had to hire other people and use family to move other items as they left other stuff because they did not properly pack the truck. When they moved me they damaged many things in my new home, walls, floors, driveway, furniture, and etc. I have attached pictures. They have repaired most items slowly. The driveway and floors have not properly been repaired. I am requesting my floors repaired and a 100% refund for my moving fee. I should also mention the customer service manager yelled at me, hung up on me, and blame the delay in repairs on me because of my work schedul.

    We did not service a customer in ******* ****** on the date that was listed above. I believe this may be for our franchise in ****** ****. ******** franchise also does not have any customers with the name listed in the complaint.
