  I used this company for packing and moving to downsize from a three-bedroom townhome to a 2-bedroom apartment. I had never utilized a moving company for both services of packing and moving, so I was excited about the assistance for me. First of all, the personnel were very courteous and wanted to be helpful. I learned after the first day that the young men did not know how to pack. I was charged for the per box, and most of the boxes were not packed to their potential. Food and cleaning items were placed in the same boxes. A very large faceless wall clock was placed in the bottom of a box with heavy items placed on top of it. A desk drawer with paperclips, thumbtacks, sewing pins, rubber bands, and other desk type items was not packed or covered. This desk was turned upside down thus all of these small items were consequently dumped out in the carpet. A small, decorated Christmas tree was turned upside down in a box and ruined beyond repair. Two rocking chairs were broken. Secondly, the number of staff, trucks, and time to move my items were underestimated. So, it took over 10 hours to complete the move with the last few hours having boxes just being stacked anywhere. Lastly, I found most of these issues to be a lack of training and lack of estimation on the part of the office (which is located out of town). The movers were exhausted at the end of the day. I contacted the company attempting to speak with a manager only to meet with a supervisor who indicated that I would be reimbursed for the ruined items. That was 6 months ago, and I haven't received any funds. I won't be using this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
