    I purchased March 2024 my cars has been in the shop about 14 times since I purchased. First the SHIFT TO PARK, TRANSMISSION REPLACED, ENGINE UNDERBOOST TURBO/SUPER CHARGER UNDERBOOST, Then 3 DAYS LATER THE ENGINE OVERBOOST TURBO/SUPER CHARGER OVERBOOST goes out. I have tried multiple times to see if they could switch me out of the 2022 Chevy Malibu only to get told they were not going to buy back. Mind you I purchased the extended warranty but not to use with in a year of the purchase I have tried and tried to work with them to put me in something else and only to be told they WILL NOT PURCHASE BACK!! I FEEL I WAS SOLD A LEMON FROM THEM! I went in on 07/02/2025 to see again after the 4th time and asked for the General Manager *** *. He never came to talk to me in person I had called last Friday on 6/27/2025 talked on the phone he offered to purchase the car back for $16,000 on Monday I called to confirm only for him to tell me IF HE PURCHASES THE CAR I WOULD HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER ONE THROUGH THEM. I went in on 7/2/2025 to speak in person With the GM he never came and greeted me or even acknowledged me while talking to a Sales Representative ***** *. The GM Goes and talks to the SALES MANAGER while Im walking in the building with ***** to go over the options of course the SALES MANAGER asked him to run credit check only to tell me I would need money down and Co-Signer in order for them to take car back and that they will not be taking the car. I am Extremely upset with Customer Service I Have Received there not only that the Fact that the GM stated I WOULD HAVE TO PURCHASE CAR THROUGH THEM in order for them to take my car that I received from them. Very Very upset about the way they have treated me as a Customer who was willingly to take a trade for something else besides the “LEMON I WAS SOLD!!!!!! I have been in contact with Cooperate Officer for Cable Dahmer If PURCHASING CAR THROUGH CABLE DAHMER BE AWARE OF WHAT IS SOLD!!!!

    So far the experience is dreadful! Dropped my vehicle off with the shop gal telling me that after troubleshooting i needed a new part. Ok, order the part. Charges me overnight delivery which didn't happen, now week three "oh its still not ready we need order another part." I call and get this rep arguing with me trying to justify their b.s. DO NOT TAKE A VEHICLE HERE, YOU WILL GET OVER CHARGED AND YOU WILL BE WITHOUT YOUR VEHICLE...

    Had leak in roof. Took 3 visits to find problem. They flooded my car and only vacuumed and let dry. When picked up car had new water rings and car smelled. Carpet was still out of place and not tucked in like it should have been. They did not clean carpet or detail at all. Very un-professional.

    Guess I HAVE to give one star. I would give zero. Took car in for whistling noise. Was told I needed timing chain kit/replacement; $1500 parts; $2500+ labor. Arrive to pick up vehicle with check; it's still making same noise, left at shop again. Was called later and told that the sound was a different noise (it was definitely the SAME whistling sound) and that the starter went out AFTER arriving on their lot and it costs another $700 (sounds like THEIR fault then). They obviously "fixed" something that was not seemingly an imminent issue, but thousands of dollars vs. the root of my complaint; a $400 part. ZERO out of 10...do NOT go here unless you absolutely have to. Keya D

    They are horrible. They lack communication. They held my car for over a month with no work done and estimates of service was over 8000.00. The employees stand around to chat more than work. I am outraged they never offered a loaner vehicle. I was estimated 3 days for service its been 7 weeks... again no service has been provided. They are a DISGRACE. I would give them ZERO stars.

    I had my 08 trailblazer towed to cable Dahmer to have a key made and reprogrammed to my truck. They called and stated that I had more problems then what I asked them to do. When they said that the service gut said give my techs 2 hrs.@ $175 an hour and they will track down my problem. So I said ok. Well a day and a half later I had to call to find out what was going on. I never got a call back after I approved the 2 hrs. I had to callback 3 times before I was able to talk to the service guy handling my truck. He said that his techs exceed the 2 hr limit and still hadn't found out where my problem was. He told me 3 diffrent things that it could be. But if I wanted them to find out which one they would need to have more time approved by me. I said that he told me 2 hrs. Tops and his techs would be able to pin point my problem. Well that wasn't the case. He lied to me and never called to ask for more time. He did infact 20 question me about why my trucks door panels were missing and the steering column was takin apart. When I rely to his questions that I just got new doors and that the lock smith didn't put the column back together he sounded discussed with what I said. I told him that I've reached my limit money wise he said ok well I've already got the paperwork ready. That all I needed to do is pay them and take my truck. Well I went the next day to get it and my windows were down and it was raining and it was raining the day before. So my whole truck is soaking wet puddles of water everywhere In my truck. So waiting on the tow truck to come tow it back to my house I went inside and tried to speak with someone about the fact my windows were down and it was raining all they could say was sorry and that they don't know why my windows were left down. So not only is my truck not running but now it's soaking wet

    I would like to let the BBB know how this business treats their customers. Less then a year ago we took our car in for some issues because we bought the car from them and the extended warranty also. They fixed it and said that it was not covered under the warranty and we had to pay over 600.00. Meanwhile we have not been back because of the poor customer service. Now the same issue has happened and we took it to the chevy dealer that we use now and come to find out they contacted the warranty company and nothing was ever submitted to the company by cable dahmer and the warranty company says it is covered and has since sent us our money back that we payed. They never filed a claim for this work they they said wasn't covered. I'm assuming this has happened to others and would like to make sure this doesn't keep happening to others. We are now getting this fixed at the dealer we use now who do know something about treating their customers right. It really is a shame that this happened and we didn't have the money to just throw out over 600. thank you and i hope this helps others to be aware of this business. Cynthia Smith
