We have had multiple Toyotas and am very disappointed in their negligence re out auto service. Every time there are problems with what they did it do, they say the tires were rotated, they were not and the tires were down to metal that we discovered shortly after having the car serviced, light came on when picked up,the car that the tires needed to be checked next time, that was yesterday ,over and over this has happened.

I brought the vehicle to them for a used vehicle inspection and paid $207 to do so. They did not find specific issues that I found later on the vehicle regarding the air compressor, the brakes and the tires, all of which do not pass inspection. They did however notate the thickness of the breakpads which is done by visual inspection. This tells me that they did not look over the vehicle, nor did they test drive it. They did give me my money back but I wanted to share what happened. It was an unsafe inspection by them.

Purchased a used car from this dealership, paid cash. Car was hit by a driver who left the scene four days after purchase in another city. The cruise control seemed slow to kick in, navigation system needed updating. Took it into the dealership who fixed the cruise which was actually
driver error and schooled the driver in operation; found a rattle in the back which we had not noticed and was a loose spare tire which the service department tightened; pulled out the dent; upgraded the navigation and radio; threw in a gallon of window wash. The service department was courteous and pleasant. Could not have asked for a better experience at the time.

I would give less if possible. They sold me a car they verified they knew was damaged after the fact. They harass me for years sending me emails about the Honda.

In August, I went to Lewis Toyota to buy a new car. I had let the sales person know that I usually pay cash, and have not bought anything with a loan before. I told them I would like to have a payment between $200-300. I told them what I was looking for..and I test drove a car that I loved. I was told initially that unfortunately my payment would be around $450 b/c I had never bought ANYTHING on credit. I didn't have bad credit...I just had NO credit. I had to retrieve financial docs to prove income and when I had done that came back to sign paperwork and was then told. My payment would be $589 with a 29% interest rate, Is this predatory lending? 2016 ***** Encore, I love the car.. but felt like I was taken advantage of.,and had no other optIon, I traded in a used car that 2 days prior to getting new car I had put a $1600 AC into...I got $1000 for my trade in. I was told selling out right I would net the same with taxes etc. Just over 2 months into this new car purchase a major part the turbo charger fails and there is a coolant leak. I take in to the service center as I have a warranty with the car. 24 months from the agreement date or 100000 miles $200 deductible. Limited warranty is checked and it says dealer will pay 100% of the labor and 100% of the parts for the covered systems that fail during the warranty period. They gave me a loaner car broken mirror on passenger side A few days later I was contacted and told good news claim was filed and it was $1800 and I only had to pay deductible, but they were going to try and waive or get lowered. A few days later was called...good news deductible down to $200 and 3 days later my car was done and they called and said...$389 was total due. I went in frustrated, They took off car rental? They got it down to $250. I paid reluctantly, and came home read warranty called in and was told would call back and explain. 3 days later still no call. Buyer beware Do due diligence Not everyone has integrity.
