    Service call was requested by me for partial stoppings sink of laundry room, Nane arrived 07/03/23 tried to clear stoppage laundry sink more than one time without success. I have contacted the owner I gathered from conversation that no one was instructed to return to his truck. When he returned I was advised Andre would write up an estimate to correct the problem. Andre did view with flexible camera viewing on the computer. Andrew went to his van to write up estimate he returned with estimate which was not itemized. Two things were disturbing to me the owner no talking in front of me and going to his truck during conversation. As the customer I have the right to be included. I felt something was off. I am a senior citizen however I am not stupid. Second point I called office on 07/05/20223 requested item estimate I was never called back.

Providing a refund for the $99 isn't a problem whatsover.  I am more concerned about your experience and would like to talk more about it if you're available.  My cell is ************ and work direct number is ********.
