I believe this account has been assigned to me in error, as I am not liable for the debt in question.

I have no contractual obligation with CBW and have never received any documentation to substantiate the validity of this debt, despite my formal requests for verification. I specifically asked to review the original application or contract related to this alleged debt. Since CBW has been unable to provide this documentation, I assert that the debt is not mine and should not be associated with my records.

I kindly request the removal of this erroneous collection from my account and an acknowledgment of this resolution in writing. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I took out a line of credit that the terms were not listed up front. Learned my lesson there. I had been making payments to try and get the balance down. I took out 5k, paid about 2k and now OWE 7k. I was recently in the hospital and requested a payment plan. The payment plan was approved and then two days later it canceled on its own. I am finally out and better from my accident and woke up with a 30 day delinquent notice on my credit report after trying to play catch up with this company. No one has answers when I call and now want 7k in FULL. I feel scammed and defeated and I know laws are being violated. Be warned.

The loan program is disguised as a line of credit, but behaves like a payday loan. Each paycheck amounts over 300 dollars are take from my account and the amount owed increases. They disguise interest as a penalty. It is a violation of Alaska's usury laws. I've paid far more in fees than the amounts borrowed. Please help me resolve this.

A loan was taken out October 6, 2023 with Credit Fresh (CBW) for $3750.00 during a moment of emergency. To date the balance is $3400 after making bi weekly payments of $217 totally $3600 in interest payments with no end in sight. This is predatory lending at its finest. I am requesting a reasonable payoff.

Opened a Line of Credit account on 06/25/2024, which I have now found is in violation of the usury laws in Florida, Delaware and Kansas. I would like to come to a resolution as this loan has somehow grown over the initial $3000 despite already paying over $400 in interest in less than 2 months.

I just got a credit alert a account was closed with this bank but I have no knowledge of ever opening an account or what this bank is. I'd like a report and repair my credit if any inquiry has been made. I don't see this on any report but trans union and can not confirm this is even real
I don't know what is going on but my next step is the FTC if I can't find resolution here. Who tried to use my identity and why?

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: all they advised was they didn't know why I reached out and could not find an account in my name. Which is good because I don't know who CreditFresh is - however that makes it more concerning an account that was never opened, was closed and was on my transunion credit report -- how was my information even given if we both do not have record of an account??

This is alarming. I do not want to deal with fraud or identity theft again.

    Sincerely,
