I got this loan as an emergency loan to fix my car so I can continue to work. It has since became set up like a pay day loan which in my state of ******** is heavily regulated. there is no way to pay this loan off with the way that it is set up . in 3 months they have charged me *** in fees since 08/2022 and I have not been late or missed a payment. I have also made way over the min payment. I took out **** and it is up to ******* and I have been paying *** to *** a month. and it is still raising. I would like to get this resolved. they made it sound like the billing charge is *** a month. no it is 2 times a month. I just paid *** on top of the *** min due and it is now saying that I owe *** more than I did before making the payment. I have screen shot every statement as well as my banking statement. this was not explained fully and there is no way to pay this off.

After refinancing our home we were able to receive checks to payoff accounts. We mailed a check to Creditfresh after getting the information from them about mailing the check to ensure it was sent correctly. It has now been over two weeks since the check was sent. They are claiming it has yet to be received. They are then also stating it will take 6-8 weeks to process the check but that we have to eat the extra fees and charges they entitle "Cycle billing charges" during the time it takes for them to process it, which has nothing to do us. It is a $***** check that will payoff almost the entire balance but now with these fees they are unwilling to take responsibility for it wont.
