I am a member of Equity Bank (also called ********* ****) which does not have a physical branch. 0n 6-5-2023, I wrote a message to the bank asking for help and I got no response for over a week; On 6-13-2023, I wrote a message again and got no response for over a month. I called the bank many times, each time I waited for over ten min. and then my line was cut off. I wrote a 3rd message to the bank on 7-11-2023 when I thought the bank was probably "dead", that triggered me to withdraw my money to zero leading a penalty of $20 fees. It is not fair for a bank to be "dead" when customer needs help, and become "alive" only when collecting money from its customer. I ask the bank to refund the $20.

Then I was told by Sholanda it would be paid out on the 17th st. 6pm it was not. Then I was told Saturday at 6pm by Sholanda it was not paid out. Then I was told Monday or Tuesday it would be paid out. This bank has cheated me ** and *** on my last interest. This time I had to wait 2 weeks longer for interest than I was told upfront. I could be making interest on this money. This is fraudulent. I was not taken seriously. ** * *** * *** ** * ****** * ***** *** **** ** **** **** ***** This was premeditated and done on purpose.
