    1. Date: Monday 11th, 2024 9am and 1130am. (2 services: brow lamination w tiny and wax & lash extensions).
    2. Tech names: **** lashes and ********* brows.
    3. Paid ******* because their "card machine is broken the last week". Also a lie. It's never worked. This is their 2nd business. The other is under "Barbie house lashes" wichita ks, Seneca street.
    4. I paid **** $150 and ********* $75.

    ********* burned my skin. I've sued her before and never had this happen. I told her :it's burning:. She didn't even wax my brows because she was worried. My brow hairs are now falling out. Document photos* ****, her lashes are better. But I've seen her for a few months. Maybe 4 to 5 mos. They always fall out the first day and I had to come every 5 to 7 days (most lashes if done correctly last 2 weeks MIN). she refused to refund me. So did her manager.

    I decided i was done. The owner lied about their machine not working. Took zero ownership. Wouldn't refund me after being a long while client. She offered to "fix them" but it HAS to be bu the exact same techs as previously used. No!!! I've wasted a LOT of money and tried giving them the benefit of the doubt.

    Trying to dispute. Another client also stated they made her pay with ******* or cash (then we cannot dispute if something goes horribly wrong). This is sickening and unprofessional.

    I want my money back to have both services fixed IF I even have any hairs left.

    I tried asking for a refund in cashapp by both techs. I am being ignored. I made an honest review. And added others having the same issues.

    P.s. I saw a lash tech named ****** prior to ***** Her lashes were even worse with retention. Same results.

    I'm sick of being blamed and told "I've never had this issue" by their staffing. Clearly, that's a LIE per their reviews on both business pages.

    I keep reaching out to them.  This company replies with "we will give you half the the back" and they will try to fix it.  Once again, there's nothing to "fix" and I will NEVER allow them to touch my face nor skin.  They clearly take zero responsibility for their actions.
    I have lost many brow and lashes hairs.  They need to step up and so the correct thing which is issuing a FULL refund.  But this is how they treat clients and others have gotten the same responses. 
    I reached out to another client of there's who had issues.  Same responses.  
    I will take legal action if need be.

    **** and ********* did her lashes and brows on Monday in which she texted them and let them know she loved the services. She was upset that ********* did not do a wax but she was expressing that the product from the brow lamination felt like it was hot so she suggested not to do a wax because it could lift her skin, she did say she took ******* but that she had stopped prior to getting services done, ********* let her know that she needed to stop retinol 3-4 weeks prior to services in which she stated she had stopped. She did not ask that day to use our card processing system, she had always preferred to do cashapp. When booking out website states no refunds and we also have signage in the building that also says we do not offer refunds. We do however fix any issues that clients maybe upset about, we offered her a free fix for her lashes and a hydrating treatment for her brows she had agreed to come in for a fix on March 18th but then cancelled March 17th. In which she requested seeing another tech however we are independent contractors and are unable to assign someone else for the service. She posted on her social media that she was happy with her services March 13th, she got services March 11th and reached out March 14th that she was unhappy. She rejected our suggestions to get a free fix and a free brow hydrating treatment, we went ahead and waived our no refunds policy and offered her half a refund. Within a week and a half she still had lashes after proceeding to say they fall fell out, and her brows done (per pictures she sent us). But she requested a full refund. She is not hydrating her brows how the tech recommended her to do as she stated in her text messages. She proceeded to text us in a group chat threatening to report us to the BBB, state board of cosmetology, and to expose us to all her social media platforms unless we gave her a full refund.

    You used old photos not current. I will gladly provide all messages sent and our group messages too. I was being nice. That doesn't change the fact that my brow hairs were chemically burned nor within 24hrs my lashes fell out.

    ***** got her services done 3/11 and reached out 3/14 letting her lash artist know that her lashes had fallen out, however you can see in the pictures that it is not the case. We loose 2-5 lashes a day and it is completely normal. We however were willing to still have her come in for a free fix which she agreed to and cancelled on 3/17. She had her brows done also 3/11 and did reach out with concerns with her brows 3/12 in which the brow tech recommended her to hydrate and offered to fix 3/18 to allow her brows some time before putting more product on them and she agreed. She cancelled both on 3/17. She posted to social media how happy she was with her services on 3/13.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    A. That is a ******** filter.  It doesn't change the fact of when I posted that photo. You can use old photos or recent. I sent you my lashes and brows.  My hair is STILL falling out of my brows and that iant normal. 

    I will go to the KS board next. You continue to make excuses.  

    I've sent photos of my lashes and brows without a filter.  I regret accepting poor business ethics in your end.  

    I did reject coming back.  Once again I did not want you to touch my skin baur nor face.  I'm done going back and forth.  I will post the unfiltered photos online as well. 

    I'm not stopping. I'm being honest. I shouldn't have sugar coated it because I'm afraid to speak up but I DID speak up about my burned skin that day. I will resend my skin and hairs since you seem yo have forgotten and call BBB/state.
