I'd give 0 stars if possible. I have no lashes or brows left! I have a chemical burn from my brow lamination. This business won't refund me but offered partial (my offer was $225 aka what I paid). I don't care if they used product as they state. My brow/lash hours are RUINED! NOBODY else wants to even touch them because I lost so many.

I know they have a "no refund" but they cannot make this right by "fixing it". Lashes should last longer then 24 hours to 5 days. I'm not a spring chicken.

Be careful whom you trust with your face. I trusted them. They take no accountability. They blame clients and have since they opened (according to their Seneca location).

I don't want anyone of them near my face. This us not only a waste of money, time, but TRUST, AND SAFETY risk!!!

Hi Kelsy, I want to really extend that the happiness of our customers and clients is the most important thing above all! I can assure you that to our lash artists that you're not just a number, we take pride in trying to make everyone feel welcome in our space. We have a couple of different options, since we strictly have a no refund policy for booking, we would go ahead and waive that and both Stephanie and Biri would be happy to send you half of your service back, as the other half was used for product and time or we could have Biri fix your lashes and try a different technique. I know it's not exactly what you're wanting, but I have reached out to a medical aesthetician and asked her what we could do to help your brows, and I personally would love to offer a complimentary nourishing brow treatment and mask to help get those brow hairs feel hydrated and help alleviate some of your irritation on your skin. I'm so sorry you're feeling unappreciated and that you're not feeling heard, that is the last thing that I'm wanting! Please let me know if this is something you're willing to do. Thanks so much!
