    To Whom It May Concern,

    I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the refusal to release payment for a load that was booked on 08/23/2024, from Beaumont to Buna, Texas. We successfully delivered the load and submitted the required invoice for payment. However, we were subsequently contacted with a request for our electronic logging device (Elog) records.

    As you are aware, Elog data is regulated by the FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and is not something that a broker has any legal right to request. We have complied with all contractual obligations and delivered the load as agreed upon. The withholding of payment based on an unjust and irrelevant request for our Elogs is unacceptable and appears to be an attempt to circumvent our right to timely payment.

    We respectfully request that they process and release the payment immediately. Should this issue remain unresolved, we will have no choice but to escalate this matter through legal means and/or report the incident to the appropriate authorities.

    We look forward to the prompt response and the immediate release of our funds.

    Contractual agreement entered and not honored. Refused to compensate
    Good morning wanted to follow up your last message regarding money out of your pocket. I don't understand I Rate Confirmation in hand for two days. I had KOF dispatch calling me regarding location updates. I had your cohort indicate the load had not been canceled. I did travel. I did wait two hours and now I feel somehow Badly about asking for **** I did my part I really have played fair and I've been both courteous and respectful. I have requested a $200 TON, you paid by king of freight, and most importantly, without prejudice as I continue to do work with KOF and wish to continue doing work with
