    King of Freight was great to work with. We've worked almost a hundred loads with them and so far have had very little issues and our rep helped us resolve anything that did come up. Since there is so much fraud in this industry, it's hard to know where you can go and get an actual human to help you. I am tired of the auto-bot brokerages that use automated systems and don't have any real people checking on the freight. It's refreshing to work with an actual person for once.

    King's Freight Delivery is holding a package of mine, saying they need $395 to "insure my package" and that I'll receive a refund for it when my package is delivered. The total value of my package is $395 and insurance protects ME, so why would I want or need to be forced to pay another $395 via a payment method that offers ZERO protection to me.

    The gentleman assured me that he is Christian and "good business person." He is refusing to deliver my package. And I am now out the original $395 because the merchant is not responding to texts. Doesn't sound very Christian to steal.

    Terrible company. They give you prices they dont honor, have carriers cancel on them all the time, try to get you to waive insurance for the load or the need to have experienced drivers, promise pickups that never happen. Dishonest and unprofessional. Cassi Clay was our rep and doesnt give a damn. Take my advise...PAY MORE AND USE A REPUTABLE COMPANY

    I love working with Ashley at King of Freight. Get a lot of loads moved and the process is simple. She has even been able to find carriers the same day for me. (Sometimes I wait until I know it is ready to move, before I call. - Trying to avoid TONU) But then, I am in a rush, it is finally ready, so need to get a truck under it right away.
