    Due to all the storms and high winds and everybody having tree branch damage, yesterday was my scheduled trash pick up day, and I had branches in my trashcan and they said because the lid could not completely close down they would not take my trash and left it. However, they did take everybody else else’s on the street. They told me if I would like to pay an extra $20. They could come back out later this week and pick up my trash, but we’re not going to credit me for not having my trash picked up this week and only charge me an extra $20 to do what they should’ve done in the first place! When I called customer service it was very poor experience and I got no where. Terrible customer service and would not recommend this company.

    They broke my father’s provided trash can when picking up the trash. We called to have a lid replaced. They said leave the trash out next week and we will replace the can when picking up the trash. We did they did not. Called again for them to say the same thing cause it was are fault we didn’t put the trash out the night before. We were never told to. They kept giving us the run around instead of fixing a problem they caused and blamed us when agin it was a problem they caused and did not fix as they said they would. Asked to speak to owner and was told we will put you on a list. After a full week and a half no resolution made and absolutely no care what so ever to do so on their part. Had to close account. Now to see how long it takes to get a refund. Had to leave one star but they don’t deserve that

    I pay by bank draft and have all last year. Today air capital calls demanding payment and when I told her I have a bank draft for making payments she said it expired. I went to the bank and asked them if they expire after a year and bank said no they don't. I am not paying more money when my bank draft is still in place. Tomorrow I will cancel air capital and use another trash service. I am 77 years old and disabled and living on survivors benefits. I don't appreciate being lied to.

    Trash was not picked on Thanksgiving Day; called on Friday to ask when trash would be picked up; was informed that trash had been picked up early that Friday morning and would be charged an extra $20.00 to have my trash picked up four days later. I asked to speak to supervisor, the rude and unfriendly customer service representative informed me that I would be called back on Monday, four days later. Not a good way to do business. I would not recommend Air Capital Waste to anyone.

    If I could give them a negative star I would. Multiple times not picking up trash on scheduled days. If you call to complain about it they just tell you it will be picked up 2 days after scheduled date. No reasons why no nothing. If uou ask to speak to a manager they will tell you they can put you on a list but they are to busy and will call back in a few days. Do not use them. Pay the extra and go to waste connection

    I received my October thru December trash bill and was charged a $5 late fee as well as a $20 disconnection fee. I called regarding disconnect fee and they told me I paid my bill June 24th and that is after the 20th as stated on back of my bill. I agree to the $5 late fee but not disconnection fee. “A disconnect fee, also known as an early cancellation or early termination fee (ETF), is a charge that a service provider may impose if a customer cancels their service before the end of their contract”. Have no contract. $56 divided by approximately 12 weeks totals $4.67.

    I was a Ballinger Trash Service customer and they were bought out by Air Capital. I got a letter saying the switch was happening and they were changing my pick-up day. Fine. I never received a billing from them, which is supposed to be a blue postcard, but I have no idea when my bill is due. On Dec. 18th, I saw my trash was not picked up. I called and was told that my bill was due on 11-1 and I had not paid and was suspended. I had never received anything. I told her I had not received a bill or a call and would like to pay my bill. She sent me a bill on email and I printed it and sent it the next day. So, around Jan. 15th, I did not get my trash picked up. I am really fired up now. I called. My acct. is in collections. I told her I had mailed a check and I checked and it had been cashed. She checked and saw that something was received on 12-21. I said that would have been my check. I said why am I in collections. She, of course, did not know. I told her I wanted my trash still picked up that day because I had paid and they were the ones at fault. She said she could pick it up for an additional charge of $25. I told her I would not be paying that when I had paid a month ago and it should have been picked up. I was shaking by now. She ended up doing it for free the next day. Today, 3-7, I called because once again I did not get my trash picked up. This time she said they had sent a postcard out on Jan. 1 and they can't track those. I am not an idiot! I have received no postcards, of any color, from them. I think they are not sending them out. Saves money that way!! I don't have time to sit around keep when my billings come out for anything. It is their job to get it done! I paid by phone and we will see when May comes if I get a billing. I will be switching then. I should NEVER be this upset about a trash service. They are not a good place to do business with. There is a reason they are not accredited. Sad!

    I tried to be patient with Air capital waste, however, a person can only take so much! When I pay in advance I expect to be treated fairly. Their prices went up, but service went down. The driver or drivers would skip pick up just about every other week! When I called they would give some lame excuses as to why my cart wasn't picked up. Told me if I wanted them to come out again I would be charged an extra fee!!! Finally I cancelled on August 28th, I was told they would pick up their cart last Thursday, trash cart is still sitting out there! Oh well!

    Inconsistent service. I am physically disabled. For years, I have paid extra to have my trash dragged out from my carport to the truck and back, about 40ft. Today, the trash service took many things that were not trash and not in the can. They left the yard debris but took lawn chairs, a foot rest, and other items sitting on my wheelchair ramp. They also left the top of the foot rest in my driveway and did not return the trash can to the carport. When I called to ask for the return of my property and trash an to the place I pay to have it, I was told not only would they not return my items nor provide the service I paid for, but also that they were canceling my ADA services. I did what any reasonable person would do. I asked for a refund on services not provided and canceled their “service.” I do NOT recommend this company particularly not for anyone with a disability. They will make a bad situation worse.
