  I had air Capital waste, and was on the auto payment plan. I had fraudulent activity on my credit card so they replaced it and air Capital waste sent me a text that I didn't see when I got my next bill they added $30 on to it for a late fee I told him I wasn't going to pay it because I'm on automatic payment plan. They didn't care so I canceled service. They came and picked up my carts 2 weeks early. Now they turned me over to collections for the $30. I think they already got paid. ******************************************

  We sincerely regret that you've had a bad experience with our company. The final invoice, which was sent in May of 2021, reflected $11.25 for service received in May plus fees. We do our best to inform our customers of fees associated with late payment or suspended accounts due to non-payment. This information is contained in new customer letters sent out when a customer signs up for service and it is included on each invoice that we send out. Timely payment would prevent these fees. They are assessed to cover the additional administration incurred to collect payment. Unfortunately, even if your account is set up for autopay, if you card is declined, we aren't able to collect payment. I see that we did reach out via email each time we were unable to process your payment. We also run automated phone calls on the 5th and 15th to notify customers of open balances. These calls would have been directed to the phone number on your account. Since this was the third quarter that your credit card was declined, we were unable to waive those fees.

  I have heard on social media sites how bad Air Capital Waste is, I have to report that I have been very pleased and have had no issues with them, the one time I did I called them and they took care of the problem right away. Many are posting without making any effort to contact the company, then they complain on social media, the interesting thing is, it was the resident's fault and not Air Capital's. Again it is after they posted their complaint on social media and then what the problem was. VERY PLEASE with Air Capital Waste service and their price.

  Was taking out some trash at my place of business. The business behind us had some large pieces of debris and a couple of boxes outside of their dumpster on the ground blowing in the directions of our business. It just happened their trash service pulled up while I was out there. I motioned to the driver. Had already picked their dumpster up off the ground but not all the way up yet. I asked if I could put their debris in their dumpster before he emptied it. His exact reply was "Ain't nothin' I can do about it!", and proceeded to empty their trash. SERIOUSLY!!??? YOU ARE THEIR TRASH SERVICE!!!! TAKE THEIR TRASH!!! Epitome of lazy!!! He is what is wrong in this world! Mean people. I would not recommend this service due to their employee.
