5 starsI want to thank Tailored Remodeling for a great job on installing our new walk in shower. Rich came out about 3 months ago and sold us the shower. He helped us pick out colors and designs. Zach was our installer and was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. I have to admit that I was shocked at first at the price. But after seeing how much everything has gone up and the lifetime warranty, I understand why it's so expensive. I have no regrets and thank Tailored for doing a great job and having a professional crew.Review fromConnie Z

Contracted with Tailored Roofing and Remodeling to convert bath tub to walk in shower. Very pleased with the project. Installer was very professional and meticulous on every detail. I highly recommend them for your next remodel.

Would of left a 0 star. Took advantage of a 75 year old lady with RA and hearing issues. They didn't do as they were asked. No light or vent was installed nor did they call me after 3 days of installment. To begin with they didn't even have the product in or keep in touch with her about it I called them complained and all of a sudden they found the product 3 days later sitting in the warehouse. They charged 15000.00 is what they said on the phone when we talked to the guy that came out it was supposed to be less than that for a shower only when the whole bathroom could of been remodeled and the handicapped seat doesn't reach with running water for her and the shower head is to heavy for her to hold. This is completely miss leading. Yes we had came to this home and she did purchase a new ADA walk in shower with a Bench, Custom Niche, and sliding glass door. Every shower is custom built based off the items that each specific customer wants so pricing can vary largely dependent upon what customer selects. More items you select higher the price. As far as the price changing. It never changed from the original contract that was signed. After all materials were ordered customer called in wanting to cancel contract stating they had a family member that would do this cheaper. However, with this being custom built we can not just cancel these so we explained that then and I think this is where this review is truly coming from.
On every Install we always have our Installer do a final walk through with all customers and sign a customer completion. This was signed with everything being signed off on as good. Yesterday was first we heard back of any negative feed back and we reached out right away. On the hand held we can see about getting a longer hose to help with this part. As far as vent or light I have looked through Contract and all notes and I do not see anything about us doing this. Or us charging on this item.Judy V

I have contacted them and sent video of the work that was done and the wrong of the work no one has reached out once again and it's been a week since I sent it. No we called telling them to cancel it because they did not communicate with me about any of it and they did not give me a copy of contract. They also did not attempt to reach us after the 2-3 days of it being installed and the work that is done is not complete to satisfaction and we did ask for a vent the guy that came to do the estimate shows us pics of a bathroom they did in great bend and we said that was what we needed so moisture could escape from the enclosed area so mold on ceiling wouldn't grow and now it is. He also said there was a lot of mold growing in the walls that we needed this done soon but when the guy started tearing it apart there was none. I am not a person to bicker or grip about anything unless I feel wronged and like I said nobody has reached out even sent a video to them and sent messages of what was not done properly.Tailored Roofing, Remodeling & Bathrooms

Once again. Completely miss leading. On original contract signing you were there with your elderly Mother. As a matter of fact your name is on the contract as well as your Mothers name. So posting like we were there with her alone and taking advantage of her is a complete lie.
As far as never hearing from us. Another lie. The day you posted this you received a phone call from Richard our production manager. Just yesterday you sent this video to him and he was out of the office. You don't give an opportunity to even have a response and then you go o here posting 100% false information. You posted that there was no mold.. but need an exhaust vent cause there is mold within 2 months of shower installed? There was never charged for a vent to be installed. I have spoke with Richard and Pulled the file. Just to recap. Judy you even signed the completion that you were completely happy with the work. So we did final walk through with you. Secondly after Richard(production manager) spoke with you on the 27th we ordered an additional hook for the handheld by the bench to try and accommodate. However it's been a week. It takes time to get this in as well as schedule. So to post that there has been zero communication with you or that we took advantage of your mother is completely false and Defamatory.
