      BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them no stars I world. They are not approved by no factoring companies because they take money from every load for the tracking. The broker said if you don't track for one minute they will take $100 from the load payment!!!

      This carrier signed a legal agreement that states very clearly that they must track 100% of the way from pick up to delivery and this carrier failed to track at all. There were several text and emails sent to carrier not only from Midway but also truckertools notifying them that they needed to turn on tracking and carrier was unresponsive. we understand that interuptions do happen and if a carrier is truly trying to track we will not charge them. but this carrier failed to even begin tracking and as its stated on our rate con we are within our rights to deduct. please remove this false claim as it was due to the negligence of the carrier themselves that caused the deduction. We have proof if we need to provide this.
