    I bought several appliances from Metro on 02/04/2023 and was told some appliances had an estimated delivery date of 03/16/2023. Some of the appliances were delivered 04/05/2023, along with some “loaner” appliances for the ones that did not come in. I got the dishwasher, microwave and washer, along with a loaner dryer and refrigerator. My stove was delivered a couple weeks later. The microwave was defective and was replaced a couple weeks later along with delivery of the dryer I originally ordered and the loaner dryer was picked up. When I try to call my salesman, ****** *******, I’m constantly told he’s not in or with a customer. I’ve even left voicemails he does not return. Whenever I speak to another salesman to get an estimated delivery date of my refrigerator they always give me a two week out delivery date. I paid for these appliances on 02/04/2023 and still do not have my refrigerator and as of today, I got an estimated 06/20/2023 delivery date. Metro advertises they have “huge inventories with more coming in everyday”. They’ve been operating on my money since February. I just want the refrigerator I ordered!!!

    i called GE to follow up on the eta of this frig that has been on order since 2/28(po#*****), 3/6(po#*****), and 4/5(po#*****.  all three of these frigs are due in next week.  they are available to ship, we have asked for these to get here asap.  ****** knew that this frig was being delayed so he gave her a loaner frig til her's showed up so she would not be without.  he was gone for a week on vacation part of last week and this week over the holiday.  that is why he did not return her calls while he was away.  i spoke to her this am and explained the situation of when this was coming in, sometime next week.  once it shows up we will then deliver it out the next day.  my warehouse manager is aware of this and understands this as well.  so we all are working to resolve this asap.  we just need it to show up.

    I bought a dishwasher and a refrigerator on 3/3/22. When they delivered the refrigerator the door was dented and they needed to replace it. 10/17/22, when they finally replaced the door after several phone call attempts, I let the gentleman know that the top trim of the dishwasher was coming off. The gentleman said since it is still under warranty, he would let the office know so they could order the replacement. After waiting 3 months, I called on 1/1/23 and they scheduled an appointment for 2/28/23 to come out and replace the part. On 2/28/23, April ** ******* called me and said they did not have the part and they would call me to reschedule when it arrived. 4/6/23 I called and left a message since I had not heard from them. 4/13/23 I still had not heard from them so I called Metro Appliance again and talked to Kathy. She said she would have someone from ******* ********* call me. Sidney called me from ******* ********* and said she would look into where the part was and call me back. To this day I have not heard from anyone and I have called and left messages with no return call, the last time being on 5/11/23. Please help me either get a repair or a refund. I have tape holding the trim in place.

    i have spoken to Myrtis and this complaint is with ******* ********* repair not getting back in contact with her.  none the less i have taken care of her matter, ordered her a new trim piece for her dishwasher(over-nighted) and scheduled this to be taken care of the day after the part arrives.  she is thrilled that this is being done so efficiently, and she will call me directly if she ever needs anything to be taken care of.
