    An order #********* was purchased for a total of $******** on April 6th 2023. I had received notification that the order was being processed and it would ship out soon. After waiting until April 12th for shipping confirmation my wife emailed the company as nothing has been shipped out. At this point, my bank account had already been charged $******** in which the payment processed and was completed day prior. After reaching out VIA Email, we were told the order was flagged for fraud, and that we immediately needed to send a picture of our identification and a picture of the debit card used for the purchase. This is the first we heard of the fraudulent flag and no one had reached out to us prior. Not only is my money still gone, and we have received no tanks, but now they also want my debit card information again? This sounds like an absolute scam and need immediate assistance.

    **** ******* *** ******** ******** ******** If you need customer service for something and they don’t want to help, they will just stop responding completely.
    I had bought an, over $***, tank background for my bearded dragon. It arrived with a big rip in it, making it safely unusable. I contacted customer service multiple times with no response. Then posted on ******** where the owner of the company said to message him directly. I did and he never responded.
    I finally got them to respond through texting and they offered me a $** refund and told me to go buy silicone and fix it myself.
    If I wanted to buy silicone I would have just made a background myself!
    I want a full refund or another background shipped to me.

    I order some roaches from this website they sent me the wrong size and refused to fix it because i already mixed in the ones they sent with my other supply and now a week latter they very small roaches they sent are all dead would like my money returned in full not the $* credit they offered me
