    I would recommend DR's insects and supplies to anyone with reptiles or amphibians. The customer service is incredible, the prices are very fair, quality is very good, and shipping is quick.

    I have spoken with them before about the size of the hornworms they send. I order 10 cups of mediums each time for my business and they come in very tiny. They try to justify it by the growth rate of the worms but that does me no good for the customers who want to buy them as soon as they come in and they are super tiny. I order mediums and I expect mediums.

    Literally sold me a fixture that broke in three months. Cost $50 and they didn’t want to help me return or exchange it. They are evil and cheap. I have all the pics to prove it.

    Usps shipping. I never got my $79 order. They are probably crawling all over the post office. I hope this company goes out of business if they can't learn the shouldn't use the world's most unreliable source of shipping to ship live bugs.

    Ordered first time from this company and they sent dead, crushed bugs. I contacted customer service and they told me too bad and order again in the future. Trash customer service. I will never buy nor send anyone to them ever again.

    I've ordered from this place for a few years but recently had some quality issues. Someone posted on a Facebook page asking if anyone had experienced anything similar and when I agreed, the owner commented with his private account about a recent order I had made. I felt like this was quite strange, especially because the Facebook page and account had nothing to do with the company specifically, and was very uncomfortable that my account information was being accessed and used in this manner. When I stated as much, the owner doubled down and was very rude in my opinion. Looking through the same thread, he did the same to a handful of others with complaints.

    Ordered 2 4x2x2 enclosures. They arrived sooner than I thought they would (with the exception of the delay from a major winter storm) One of the enclosures was broken and I'm 100% positive it was the UPS guy that delivered them as I heard the packages hit the ground from the opposite side of the house where they were dropped off at, that's how hard they were put down. I contacted customer service via their online chat and had my situation resolved within 2 or 3 days (probably would have been sooner but I lagged in responding to their messages.) They shipped us a brand new bottom piece (which is what was broken) and that arrived without incident. I fully blame UPS for the broken enclosure and their lack of care for others property. Dubiaroaches.com was awesome to work with.
