    My scheduled maintenance was completed within two days of the suggested completion date but I wasn't allowed to go to the service facility to pay my bill and pick my vehicle up without an appointment. Seemed totally ridiculous to have to wait until it was convenient for them to let me pay and take my vehicle home. The lady advised me that if everyone just came into to pay their bill when they wanted, she wouldn't be able to get her work done. Manager advised he was sorry I was upset but it was policy to have to have an appointment. I had called to tell them I had another appointment close to the same time as their appointment time and needed to come in a little early, but they told me I had to wait for my scheduled appointment time. It only took 10 minutes and everything was completed so I can't see how that would have kept them from getting their work done. Isn't my time as important as theirs?

    OK, so I goes out to Camping World the other day which was this past Tuesday no last Tuesday yeah last Tuesday was today’s Tuesday so the previous Tuesday to take my camper out there to do a diagnose on the air. They had already looked at it once and looked at the top and said the the copper line is going into the unit is bent up and they said that’s restricting air from AC restricting air not keeping the camper cool as a camper that’s about 37 feet long and the air condition units is not doing anything is barely bearable to be in the camper when it’s hot outside in these months, here are hot months. My wife don’t even wanna come camping because it’s so hot But I just don’t understand I was there and one of the employees asked me if I would mind her putting me on the waiting list or some type of list. What that is we can go ahead and get your camp your camper in because you’re having something very small done what I was having done was them basically doing it diagnosed on my ear they said it will take probably about 30 minutes to hour 45 minutes to hour you know basically and I can take my camper because we have a group of us that goes camping you know all the time and it’s like 10 of us , two of the 10 bought their campers from Camping World and the other ones in our group kept saying don’t do it one of the campers. They kept well one of the campers that was with us. They had to take it to Camping World for the service department they ended up keeping their camper for a total Will almost 6 months That is ridiculous. I don’t understand that and I’m not sure if you can even make me understand that I can’t wrap my head around that I can’t fathom that at all and then one of our other friends that he took his camper there his fireplace or something was messed up. They had it back, get it fixed through warranty or something I think but they end up keeping his camper for two months. I said I can’t go through that. You know I didn’t buy this thing.
