      I love my water softener and reverse osmosis system from Moore Water & Air. They have great service technicians when they come out to service my units. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

      We were offered a “90 day deferral promo with 0 down” but what they failed to mention is that they would still be charging us interest. The company we are paying charged us 150 dollars worth of interest for each the first two months… to top it off the water got hard again now only 7 months after install? Some quality product. I really wish I never went through with this. Filters that cost 700 dollars should he something they need to mention. But they aren't here for customers they are here for sales. Biggest scam i have sadly fallen into. I will never recommend this product to anyone. Wish I could just cancel it all and send all this junk back, but I know that'll never happen. My loss i guess.

      I reached out and was told at least on the financial piece that I received a 90 day deferral, only with payments. All interest accrued within that time frame would still be added to the account? The sales rep did not mention this. So its 90 day deferred but not 90 day deferred? I would have rather paid asap to not have to pay that much extra in interest. This is not okay. The sales rep should have mentioned it.

      A complete scam. We purchased an EcoWater system through Home Depot and Moore Water and Air with the sales person saying that we could move the system with EcoWater without cost to the new location. This was a lie.
      On top of the usurious loan company they use, this company willingly works with salespeople who engage in fraud.

      They were wo eager to sell me their system that they dug up my yard until it looked like a giant mole had invaded. They could not find the water line. Then they decided to drill under my driveway and slab until they hit a 14 inch retaining wall they could not get through. So, they went into my garage and tried drilling through the floor--not able to do that either. In all this mess they they finally gave up after 3 days, after causing damage to my garage floor and driveway. My yard still has dips. On the other side of my duplex they were able to install the system, but they did not make sure the floor drain in the utility closet was functional and the brand new carpet flooded several times. The last time I called them because the floor flooded they did nothing and I ended up calling a local plumber to fix the problem. Then they sent me a bill for $100 for not doing anything. Lousy company.

      A scam. They bought from Homedepot. Would not come fix a problem with system. I had 3 no call no shows, plus when they where near my house they wanted me to drop everything and leave work to let them to the system. Stopped payment, and they still refused to reimburse me and retrieve the products. Had a plummer unhook products. After all that they handed me over to collections even though they don't stand behind their products. Jacked my credit rating up and now having to pay a lawyer.

      Our records indicate that we have tried to come out multiple times and you would not let us come to your home to service the equipment or to see if it was performing properly. You only wanted your equipment removed. We do stand behind our products and the warranties we offer. It sounds as though you have already made the decision to remove your equipment so there is nothing we can do to service the equipment. However, if you still have the equipment and would like us to reconnect and make sure it is working properly we would be glad to assist you. In regards to the collections, this was not Moore Water Treatment that sent you to collections. This must have been the company you financed your system through. Sorry to hear about your experience. We would be happy to assist in any way possible. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do.

      Your company financed it and I only refused to drive an hour or more to take a fourth day off work for your incompetence. Now y'all are sending messages to my email saying I wasn't a customer. Really shady things going on here.
      The only reason I'm not going to hook them back up is y'all had 3 no call no shows, that I took off work to wait on the service man.
      Your product broke and you didn't even have the courtesy to notify or reschedule. I had to call each time.

      This is the worst company my husband and I have ever delt with! Their customer service is absolutely terrible! We have been dealing with them since last December when the water system was installed. It is nothing like our old system when we call them to complain about it all they do is send a tech out to do test and do nothing to fix it. They have been out 4 times to test our water and each time they do it makes water worse! This system doesn't Soften your water at all. I got a chance to talk to on the phone with one of BROTHERS OF THE COMPANY (MATT *****) and all he did was belittle me on the phone. He wouldn't even listen to me about anything I had to say on taking the system back. He flat out said that he wasn't going to listen to me until they do another test, and we can argue about this all day because I'm not going to entertain the idea of taking it back, he then went into some excuse about how hard the water is this area and that they can't reuse this system if they take it out. He said he will send a tech out on Monday and have them run ANOTHER TEST. I said no we've had all the tests done that can be done and we just want the system gone. He bullied me into another test and refused to talk to me about anything else. I asked after this test is ran can we talk returning the system and getting our money back my husband and I are done with this system and want it out of our house. He goes again I'm not going to entertain your question and said he'll send a tech out Monday and then just hung up on me! This is how an OWENER OF THE COMPANY treats customers. They'll happily take your money but refuse to listen to you and find a solution on how to fix the problem. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone that is looking to put a water softer in their home. I'm not happy with the softer it doesn't hold up to "high praise " they give it. I'm very unhappy with the customer service. We've had to pull teeth to talk to all the people we talked to!

      We have sent multiple technicians to this customer's house at least half a dozen times. We have even swapped the unit out for a brand new one at no cost. Every time we sent a technician to the home, they were able to determine the water was testing perfectly. The system is functioning as promised. Today, 5/19/23, the service manager will be visiting the customer's home to test the water once again and to ensure all is working properly.

      Purchased a system in July 2022 and was told by the salesman, "don't worry, if you need to have the system moved, we do it for free the first time." 1-8-23 my home burned down. Bought a new house and called to schedule the system move (it was not damaged). They tell me it will cost $100 for the 1st 30 min and $25 per 15 thereafter to have the system moved. When I said that is not what I was told, I was infor.ed that since it was not "written" on the contract, they would not honor this. I will not be be recommending them further. This business practice is underhanded. Simply a technique to get the sale.

      Darryl *******, Regional Manager, is great to work with. He did make sure this problem was addressed. They did end up moving the unit for free.
