      Predatory billing tactics and terrible customer service. I spent nearly $10,000 having culligan install a whole home RO filter system. They signed me up for the annual plan where they bill you every year. Yet they did not ever do any service on the whole house system, and it has been seven years with no maintenance. despite having them check it multiple times they have done nothing to change the filter. Therefore I two years ago started asking them to cancel the annual recurring plan. Yet they continue to ignore my emails and calls and messages and send me past due collection notices. I will not be paying a dime to this company until they have serviced my filters and deleted this unauthorized past due balance and removed all of the ridiculous late fees in which are billing me.

      They suck. Always making excuses as to why I didn't get water delivered. And then you have to wait days to get water.

      DONT USE!!!!!!!!!!

      Also, if you have a payment due on account, make sure it is there a week early or they won't deliver because they say, "It didn't show up", or "It's still processing."

      Staff not that friendly either.

      I've tried to pay my bill for two months. I've emailed with no response. Somehow my account has changed. When I call, Twice today - I ask for the person's name and they say thaty can't hear me andhang up. This business is a mess. Buyer beware.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. After paying this company faithfully for over nine years for a service contract, the RO system we purchased malfunctioned, and we had no water pressure from the RO system. It took them 3 weeks to send a repair person. When the technician arrived, they stayed 20 minutes, splashed water all over the place, replaced 4 filters and left. The next day, the same problem happened when we turned the RO system on. Calling them back, we were told it would be another month before a technician would be able to come out to fix the problem. Telling them this was unacceptable to expect us to go over 6 weeks without drinking water, we asked for a manager to call back. After several calls trying to get someone here, no manager returned the call. Yes, we are extremely angry. They are breaching the contract we entered into with them in good faith. The following day we received a call saying "because of our behavior they no longer wish to do business with us". That is how they repay their customers for 9+ years. There are MANY other water treatment companies we can do business with, we do not need to be treated like a kindergartener.

      The service is great but there are hidden fees that they don't really tell you about up front. Also they are sticklers for cancelling early so beware of how long your contract is. Bottom line, the juice isn't worth the squeeze. Buy something off amazon as I just did. This service is a trap. My cancellation feee is $600! For water!

      At our last annual service, the person noticed the filter was leaking and wanted us to replace the entire system (which was just replaced the year or two prior). We asked them to just route around it for now while we discussed the options. The routing caused a pressure problem because they didn't tell us that a valve would be required to do this properly. It caused a big flood in our basement which was expensive to remedy and then we had to pay for the valve on top of it. We have called no less than 50 times to get a manager to speak to us about the situation. We won't pay our bill until we have been made whole on this problem. They refuse to even call us back.

      I should have known from the start. This is gonna be a bad relationship. Upon installation, I had a leak under my kitchen sink from the RO system I had installed. They came out the next day and fixed it when I was left with my brand new cabinet Ruined inside. I shook it off and continued service with them for a few more years. Recently, I had my filters in that same RO system replaced and the technician accident pulled out my drain tube from my dishwasher. I didn’t find out until I ran the dishwasher that night and had water flooding out from underneath it. There was no way it could be my dishwasher fault. It was only four years old and I never had a problem with it. Supervisor came out the next morning to see where this leak was coming from and that is when we figured out it was the drain to, that had been pulled out. They immediately said it was not their fault, but if the technician hadn’t pulled the tube this wouldn’t have happened. They wanted me to file a home insurance claim and I asked why because it was their fault. I was informed I would be hearing from a general manager later that day. I never heard from him. On Monday, I texted the supervisor that came out on Friday And he immediately denied Saying I was gonna get a call back that day. Fast forward to me finally getting a hold of the general manager. I told him I’ve already dried up everything and I am in the process of replacing my flooring that I thankfully had some left over all. I asked him to do was take care of my furniture that have been ruined because of the flood. That was a table that I’ve had for about 20 years and the Finish on the top was ruined. He agreed to fixing it and I would supply a quote. After I gave him a quote, he dodged me for weeks. After two months, he finally came back and said that the claim had been denied that it wasn’t their fault. He said there had been an investigation, even though I had never heard from anyone And the only thing he could do was offer me a $250 credit.

      Today 6/14/24 around 9am, after 8 days of this request, after chatting with someone and email with NO ANSWER and non DELIVERY, I've spoke with Daniel and Andy asking for my REFUND which she said is on the way!' Today is 2/27/24 and still no REFUND!

      We have had services for years with this company. Last couple years have terrible. Company charges every month to park their equipment and do not provide service. When asked for reimbursement since they are not servicing they state they cannot do that but will keep charging for the equipment being there. Finally had enough so decided to switch and now they want to charge a month in advance even though they don’t have their equipment there. How can they even justify charging me for no service and no equipment?

      Do Not start service with this company!!! This has been the worst experience of my life!!
      I have tried to cancel with them since January 2024 and we are in May 2024 and they do not come to pick up the system and are saying I am still responsible to pay my account because, the system is still in the residence.
      Ive already made several attempts and appoinments for a pick up
      But, they always give me the run around as to why tech couldnt pick up the system.
      I've spoken with Lizette which is the worst! I've also spoken with Jessica and Emily and they always say I dont understand the notes on your account! Umm those are your notes!!
      and now everytime I call someone named Norma answers and is saying the other people are out to lunch and they will reach back!
      Whatever you do, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE!!
