    I tried to order a pair of boots online from this company on 3/19/2025, their website said my card was declined, however I know there was ample funds to cover this transaction. Upon further investigation I learned they had in fact taken the funds from my account without having placed the order. I have now talked to three associates on their non-toll free phone line whom have told me this was taken care of, but it has not been as of this date 3/22/2025. I was told on 3/20/2025 the funds would be back in my account between five minutes and twenty four hours.They have still not returned the money, I must consider this theft at worst and very bad customer service at best, I want my money back NOW!

    I am filing a complaint against Sheplers, Inc. regarding a purchase I made on February 22, 2025 through their website. I ordered a jacket for $170.15, including tax and shipping. Despite being charged for the order, I never received the item. USPS status has been frozen in a "Arriving Late" state for a week.

    I contacted Sheplers, Inc. via their online chat to resolve the issue. The representative informed me that I would have to file a claim with USPS and that they would not take responsibility for the lost package. Before I could respond, they abruptly ended the chat. I then attempted to call customer service, but I was immediately hung up on.

    Sheplers, Inc. has failed to provide the item I paid for and has refused to assist me in resolving the situation. I am requesting the BBB’s assistance in obtaining a full refund of $170.15.

    I have attached copies of my order confirmation/payment receipt. Please let me know if you require any further details. I appreciate your time and assistance in this matter.

    I've never ordered from these people yet they've stolen money from my debit card and I've had to pursue fraud through my bank.

    I returned a package containing boots I bought from Sheplers. The return was in the original packaging, the boots were not worn and the tracking shows it was delivered to them Dec. 9. They have not credited my account for this return and have ignored all my attempts to contact them about this by email and through their online contact method.

    Called on February 21, 2024 after they said it was delivered, when I opened the package it was not boys jeans (what I ordered). A clearance adult sweatshirt, and hat were in the package (not even close to what I paid). I called the Customer Service and she told me in order to receive what I actually ordered I had to go to UPS and return what they sent me, that I DID NOT ORDER, first. I told her I was leaving for Jamaica, and would not be back until 02.29.24, she said that was okay (I don't think it should've been up to me to drive somewhere to return their mistake). Then I found an email that cancelled my actual order for the jeans, and they kept the money, when I returned from Jamaica.

    Purchased ******* ******* ** ******* *** **** ********** Jacket Navy Large on March 26, 2021. Wore the jacket 4 times in winter 2022. Tried to wear the jacket for the 5th time last week but the zipper broke. Contacted seller to request assistance with refund, replacement, or repair. Seller would not provide any assistance. Just want to return the jacket at this point. Purchased for $****** through ********** Order# *******************.
