      Pink Lily does not provide truthful sizing on their website. They list damaged clothing as final sale without notifying the consumer that they will be damaged or the wrong size. They will not provide a refund. They will only allow you to exchange items or to get a gift card to spend back at their store. This is not appropriate.

      Hi Emily! Thank you for taking the time to write a review and express your concerns. We are so sorry that the items you ordered did not work out for you. We do provide a size chart with each item listed on the website so you can get the best fit for you in the items you order. We are currently working with our vendors and manufacturers to get a standard size chart for all items on our website in hopes that it helps women to get a better fit in all of the items we offer. I have updated your order and if you would like to return your items in this order for a full refund, please visit the returns portal on our website. If you have any trouble with that or any other questions, please feel free to reach back out to us on the email thread we currently have with you and we will be happy to further assist you.
