      Purchased several items through them ($300) using their size guides and also referencing their models. The clothes came today and they cheaply made and the sizing is way off. The clothes look nothing like they do on the website and then I go to return them and you can only get a store credit. I feel so scammed right now and irritated. What am I going to use $300 towards at this place?!! Do not purchase items from this boutique it’s a huge scam.

      GOSH I'm sad I've had to come to Googling Pink Lily reviews. I've spent hundreds of dollars at Pink Lily! I LOVE the styles so much. I've had some very good experience, but also can relate to the comments about size and quality. My most recent order caused me to google some of the reviews because I thought I was going CRAZY with the sizing of the clothes coming in.
      I am athletic build- 5'4", muscular and about 155#. I have purchased several shorts, a jean romper, and jeans from Pink Lily. At every other store that I shop at, I am a size 6, however, at PL I am size 11-12 and a large or XL.
      I just got my recent order yesterday and the shorts are a LARGE. They are still tight on my body. The sizing charts are confusing and often misleading. I can totally relate to some of the comments about developing body issues over these clothes. At any other store, I do not have this issue and I can no longer justify spending upward of $50 on shorts. I can easily go to Old Navy, Target, Walmart, Ann Taylor, Tj Max, etc etc etc and find shorts that are better quality and fit my body better.
      Sad to say that this will most likely be my last order at PL.

      Poor quality, noisy clothing and the faux leather pants smelled like fish. The clothes are made in China. I bet Pink Lily buys them at a really low cost. When you don’t like something here and want to return it, you have to PAY $6 to send it back then only get a store credit?! So if you get crappy clothes the first time what are you to do with store credit?!! Won’t shop here again. I should’ve learned that the first time I tried them years ago.

      Strongly encouraging others NOT to purchase from this company. I ordered many pieces from this company that looked beautiful on the website's pictures but arrived very low quality - thin and scratchy fabrics, threads sticking out, poor fit. Upon returning, I found out that this company only provides a refund with store credit. To be fair, this IS written in the returns portion of their website but in small print sandwiched among other small print. On top of that, you have to pay a $6.00 shipping return fee in order to return the low-quality clothes, only so that you are forced to buy more low-quality clothes with the store e-credit!
      I wish I had looked on Better Business Bureau beforehand to see the many reviews that are similar to mine in nature. It makes me think that the company is fully aware of the poor quality of the clothes they provide, and knowingly does not give customers options about their return method.

      Do not buy anything from this company!! I have been going back and forth with them for over a week now they emails, I NEVER received my order, and all they keep saying is that it says it was delivered, and that deliver to my address, I've asked for a refund numerous amounts of time and still nothing!! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with

      Super frustrated. I ordered a couple things from them from an influencers link that took me directly to the items. I didn’t realize their refund policy until I tried to return them because they were super rough and uncomfortable. I emailed them hoping they would refund me and explained to them what happened and they just sent me their return policy AFTER I stated I didn’t see it because I clicked on the link provided by the influencer and asked them very kindly to refund to the original payment. I spent $160 and I never shop there so I will
      Be out $160. Extremely frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t recommend an online shopping company that doesn’t allow refunds to original payment.

      I bought a ton of clothes from pink Lilly and was SO excited to receive them. But when they got here, the sizes were all wrong despite using the sizing guide, the quality was terrible, and many items had frays or were not in perfect condition. I’m super disappointed and now I’m going to be stuck with a gift card for a clothing company I’m never going to use. I saw that the return policy was for 30 days with a $6.00 return fee which is reasonable, so I bought more items than normal anticipating that some would not work. But I DIDN’T realize the refund was only to a gift card! If I had known that I would have only ordered wayyyy less. I’m hoping they can help me with this, but if not I’ll definitely not buy from them again and I’ll tell everyone else not to as well. It’s a shame because I had really high hopes and I feel disappointed in my experience. What kind of company refunds to a gift card anyways??

      Terrible customer service experience! Sweater was listed as a door buster when I placed my order and when I went to make a change (I had accidentally selected the wrong color), they raised the price saying that color wasn’t part of the door buster sale! I have a screen shot that the price was listed the same for the other color and it still wasn’t honored! Returns are a disaster, they are extremely overpriced and they have zero empathy for customers! Never shopping here again! It’s a scam!
