    Poor customer service power gone out in our campsite multiple times and they never fixed it then moved to another site was no power but it was after we already moved there so went to front and told them about the site they told us to keep our stuff there for now and put the camper in a different site until the power is fixed well the manager came to the site the camper was at yelling at my 11 year old daughter then yelled at my husband because our stuff was at two sites that it is unacceptable. Well yelling at my 11 year old plus my husband and having no power at the sits is unacceptable!

    If I could give it a zero stars I would! Came fromMississippi and paid for splash lagoon water park and amusement once they had our 100.00 the man at the ticket booth (who saw the beach towel and swimsuits) told us that the water park was closing in 5 minutes!!! We Took our 5 year old 12 year old and 3 year old inside as they were getting into the water they were told that they had to get out because they were closed! We immediately asked for a refund and was told that we couldn’t get a refund and that they have children rides and a firework show to follow. It is our choice if we want our children to ride amusement rides and as for the fireworks show we have been to a symphony under the stars with fireworks for free as well as a hot air balloon festival with fireworks for free why would we pay for a fireworks show!!! I guess the employees think that this is acceptable because the original price of the ticket are much higher however 100.00 is this more money than I care to give away to an establishment that doesn’t value their customers!!!!
