      ***** did not follow procedure and upload images to tracking site for 2 of the 3 tracking. All 3 parcels were found in another building brought over by a resident from that building.


      All parcels found empty and damaged, I do not have any items or my money.

      The rep over customer service insisted I speak to my card company and file a chargeback as opposed to just issuing me a refund.

      I have sent the Company all they need for their ***** ****** and their is not much else for me to do.

      I am urging my refund at this point to my original funding source or a check as there is no reason to be holding my money if I gave them all they need for their claim needs.

      A refund is deemed proper.

      I purchased a pack of underwear labeled as 100% cotton. Fruit of the Loom is insisting that a product being labeled as 100% cotton does not mean that it will be 100% cotton. The emails I have received state that products labeled as 100% cotton are frequently a mix of cotton and polyester, this seems to be false advertising. I have email exchanges but the files won’t attach.

      communicated directly with the customer about her dissatisfaction with her
      purchase of a multi-pack of 6 cotton Hipsters.  The label affixed to the
      product indicated solids were 100% cotton, heathers were 50% cotton/50%
      polyester.    Fruit of the Loom has a 100% Satisfaction
      Guarantee for all its products and offered to send the customer a replacement
      in the style of her choice.   Fruit of the Loom will honor its 100%
      satisfaction guarantee.

      On 7-26-23 I purchased online from Fruit Of The Loom an order for $218.65 to be delivered by 8-1-23, order# ************ As of 8-12-23, I have received only part of my order. The issue is that $185.92 of product remains undelivered. I have checked the supplied FedEx shipping number
      #************ for those particular items. They track as unaccounted for/pending since 8-1-23. I contacted fruit of the loom on their website on 8-9-12 explaining the situation. As of 8-12-23, I have not received communication back from Fruit of the Loom. The preferred resolution to this issue would be that Fruit of the Loom would ship to me free of charge the $185.92 portion of my order which remains undelivered, and I would hold no reservations about conducting further business with them in the future. A less preferred, but acceptable resolution, is that I would be refunded the $185.92 worth of product that has not been delivered, and not receive delivery of those items.

      We have reached out to *** ***** via email on 9/27/2023.  *** *****, as of 9/29 has not responded.

      We researched his FedEx tracking and confirmed the package has been stuck in Memphis since 8/1/2023.

      We are happy to either send the items *** ***** did not receive or refund him.

      We need to know from *** ***** what items he did not receive as we cannot tell.  The entire order shipped from (1) DC, but had (2) tracking numbers (one package delivered).  We do not have a list of items that are in each package.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Fruit of the Loom gave the incorrect amount of $218.65 for the $185.92 refund amount and it is only a temporary credit on a dispute of transaction complaint filed at Wells Fargo Bank which means that the refund is not permanent. The Bank can and has overturned in the past these refunds and I am left without both the goods that I ordered and the refund which was agreed upon by fruit of the loom. They are being very deceitful here both in offering the wrong amount of refund and making it a temporary transaction.

      They have made claims that they do not know what what items shipped in either of 2 shipments which is hard to believe and is irrelevant when they have already agreed with you to refund me $185.92 and not merely sending a a temporary refund of the wrong amount on a dispute of transaction. That dispute was only filed because I had not heard anything back from BBB on my case other than to wait from 8-10-23 to 9-20sh-23, which is near the time limit I may file at the bank for dispute of transaction. That is hardly timely response from fruit of the loom and it still looks like they are set to perform a fraud refund ju-jitsu move at my bank.

      On May 31, Placed an order online for a limited-time item, a pajama set that included a Southwest gift card worth $350. I paid $215.51. The item was delivered to the wrong address by Fedex and was unable to be recovered. The delivery confirmation clearly showed it was delivered to the wrong address (a residence and not a PO BOX). I contacted the seller over multiple channels (email and phone) and they were unable to provide a replacement, and would not refund me for an item that was obviously mis-delivered. They refused to contact Fedex or start a claim with Fedex. I was forced to start a chargeback with paypal.

      Refund for full value of the item ($350 southwest gift card + pajamas set = $400).

      Policy change by fruit of the loom regarding refunds. They should have a refund policy and not use chargebacks as a refund method. Especially since some people use payment methods that can't chargeback.

      I made a $71.27 order on May 21, 2023, Order number ************ and claims to have arrived on May 31, 2023. I called my nephew to confirm if the package arrived or not, and it did not arrive before he left out of town. I ordered 2 t shirts and 1 boxers pack for him. I contacted Fruit of the Looms customer service on May 30th and received pitiful reply that shows that they did NOT read the email to ask for assistance in finding out what happened, instead I was given a tracking number, which I already have from previous emails. The ring camera does not even show a delivery at 5/23/2023 at 2:52 pm, it never came at all. This is completely unprofessional and a headache, at this point if things aren’t resolved, I will have to contact the appropriate agencies to get things resolved.

      False customer service satisfaction warranty advertised on products. Bought seamless underwear that piled on first wash and were not seamless. They promised a refund almost 4 months. I've followed up twice this month and gotten no response.

      That is a lie. I was told the same thing 3 months ago and never received my refund. Not only that gut upon following up on the refund twice, I received no response from the company itself. Disappointed that you continue to advertise a consuenr satisfaction guaranteed and pretend to send a refund within 6-8 weeks and then fail to reply after they've been waiting for the said refund for 3 months.

       

      I hope all other customers read this and are aware of the poor quality of this company and their lies.

      *** has a guarantee printed on the packages of ladies panties. It states a replacement will be sent. On 9-28-22 I cut and sent 20 labels from the label free panties. The label is actual part of the panty and waist band so it makes the panty unusable. Along with the labels I sent a letter, picture of the defect, and receipt. I even state in the letter I am sending the labels for sanitary purposes. On 10-4-22 I receive an email asking what was the defective, and requesting a receipt. So the receipt and picture must have been over looked. I email back stating the receipt was in the package and explaining the defect. I have worn *** over 35 years and this was just a bad day at the factory. The elastic was coming thru the cotton because the cotton was so thin. I ask for a supervisor who took it upon herself to send out 6 pair versus 20 pair without stating why she wanted a phone number. With TEN MINS of her 6 pair decision I sent her pictures of the overlooked or lost information. On 10-12 I received only 6 pair. I contacted *** on 10-12 to see if the other 14 pair was sent at a later date only to be told no.

      [A receipt was provided via email as requested for all 20 pair.  I was previously only sent 6 pair.  The remaining 14 pair were going to be sent when a receipt was received per the response given to the BBB.  After I provided the receipt I was sent an invoice that only 12 were being sent.  I contacted ***** ** **** again.  Only to be told 12 were being sent.  I went to the ***** ** **** Website and saw a 3 pack was still in stock in my color, size and style and contacted ***** ** **** another time.  I asked for a 3 pack to make up the difference.  I was told no.  I am still short 2 pair.

      I placed an online order *********** on August 15th. The order supposedly should have arrived in 2 different packages. I was not home the weekend of the supposedly delivery but upon arriving I could not locate any of the packages. I contacted the carrier at first but were unable to locate so I was instructed to contact Fruit. I contacted though e-mail and got a response stating there is nothing they can do about it. Just lost over $100. Their customer service is not great and the service itself is less than great.

      Bought some socks underwear and t shirts all of it was pure garbage contacted them and they didnt seem to care some of it had holes new out of the packaging worst socks and underwear and t shirts i have ever bought in my life
