      This email was sent from me to them today when they get again said the issue was resolved when really I was just ignored and the case was closed. Again. I will explain more after the email response here. “There was never ever any support from your company. Multiple open cases over poor product and product consistency, never money returned, never follow up from management, emails stating I needed to respond to prior emails which were never sent…your company is a fraud who just covers up anything and everything they can. You have been reported and should be ashamed of yourselves.”
      Over a year ago I ordered a package of underpants. We live very remote and very little is offered nearby. They were perfect. I ordered another package. They were the same label with the same tags, but multiple sizes larger. Same for the ones I reordered for my husband, except his were just one size bigger with the same label and tag. When I called the company, they wouldn’t refund our money but instead sent another package. I have multiple package of underpants that no one can use, I never received a refund, I cannot find what I need local so have to make 4-hour trips to go into town just to see if they carry something I can buy instead, and of the multiple emails, phone calls, and online requests I have sent asking to speak with management they keep sweeping me under the rug. They say they’ll get back with me, then send an email stating if I don’t respond to their response email (which are never sent and I check ever possible email folder and voicemail) then they will close the case. My response is always the same that no message was sent for me to respond to and I need a manager. Again, they send me yet another email asking how great their customer service is now that it’s resolved, but NOTHING IS EVER RESOLVED. Fruit of the Loom has lost it and the public needs to know so no one else gets scammed. ZERO STARS are not an option, so 1 star it is
