    I have used their services for the last 5 years and it has just gotten worse and worse. This past week they came and picked up my van without any notice. When I called the lady tried to argue with me that communications were sent but I never received anything via any source. Then she informs me that the if I want my cab back it would be 2 weeks to a month to get it back. The customer service is NON EXISTENT

    Good Morning, I am sorry you are not happy with Waste Path Services. Unfortunately it looks like your account was set up Auto Pay option and the card either expired or no longer worked we did reach out to you on multiple occasions on a 270-816-**** number starting on 7/26 and two more calls on September 1st and September letting you know we were cancelling service due to no payment. Protocols are set up once a customer is cancelled that you restart the process. (fees for delivery and restart are added). also the protocol is to let the customer know it could take up to 25 business days for delivery (almost never takes that long to deliver). We do this to insure that we give you a reasonable time frame just in case. We do appreciate you being a customer for over 5 years. and value each and every one of the customers we service. if you would like to speak further on this situation, you may call me at the office 270-366-7656 ext 226.

    They have no concept of customer service, or any service. I'm 70, my neighbors on each side are in their 80's and 90's. For us to be out weekly picking up my trash from the neighborhood is ridiculous. Alicia and Marlene in the office are rude and offensive, no solutions only excuses, that's if you're lucky enough to get anyone to answer. Save yourself the headache and call an actual trash pick company, not this joke of a place.

    Ms. Jacobo  I am sorry that your experience with Waste Path  Services did not meet your expectations.  I have looked up your account. my discovery shows your weekly pickup is on Friday each week, and unfortunately the office is closed for the weekend, so updates or route delays are not known about until the following week. (not updating the customer.) I know that your driver is very committed to his routes, if he is delayed for some reason he always catches them up. that being said I see multiple can not out notes for your address. if you would for future instances leave the can out the following days we will get you picked up. Just like any other small businesses we have had issues Mechanical problems with trucks, or drivers not being at work. plus a lot of new signups. We appreciate your patience when these things happen.  Also we do offer special circumstance door side pickup for the elderly if medically needed because we do appreciate all the customers we have.     Back in Oct we had a personal trash can that we bought for extra trash which is what Wastepath told us to do. The guy driving the truck route that day got out of the trash truck and threw out personal can in the back of the truck and drove off. I watched him do it and I immediately called to report what had just happened. The supervisor apologized and brought us an extra can to use as long as we had their service. This week they picked up our extra trash can and the new supervisor told me it was not their responsibility or problem that OUR can was thrown away and they were cancelling our services. When I asked why she said because we has not paid our bill. When I told her we had not received a bill and asked what number they had sent the bill to they had our wrong number in their system. We have had this service for over 3 years and never had a problem getting out bill and paying it. The supervisor told me she would bring my can back but would charge me for the extra can going forward. I asked for a credit on my bill since they threw away my personal property and she replied with it was not her problem or responsibility of what happens to our trash can and when I told her I wished to no longer have the trash pick up she hung up on me. I have had to make numerous calls over and over because our trash over the past 3 years would not get picked up and the reason was because they didn't have enough staff or the truck was broken. I even had to send in my phone records to show the number of times I called and they still would not credit my account for the weeks they missed our trash. Worst customer service and business I have ever had to deal with.

    Amazing how this so called company can send you a bill on time but not pick
    Up on time! Or should I say for weeks at a time. Just wondering when we should expect a refund for services that are pd for and for the ones we did not receive seems as how they called and said no longer serving our area.
    I reckon we have to drive there to get the refund and proof of how many times we did not receive pick up.

    Only leaving 1 ?? because I have to, or I’d leave 0 stars. Our trash hasn’t been picked up since 4/25/23. After weeks of excuses about how the driver was in a wreck, we were told Monday our route was cancelled. We were to leave trash at end of driveway and they would pick up trash “when they could pick up the can.” They picked up my can today, but pulled some of the bags of trash out and left in my driveway. We called again and were told this guy was only getting the cans, the trash truck would have to get the trash; we are supposed to leave the bags at the end of the driveway. When my husband asked what we are supposed to do about keeping animals and wildlife out of the trash -since we no longer have a can- and from dragging it all over our yard he was told it was “not their problem”. Thanks a lot waste path for no service that we paid in advance and in good faith expecting to receive. Still waiting on the refund we are supposed to be getting since we’ve had hardly any consistent pick up in months.

    They haven't picked up my trash in 4 weeks. They sent a message a week ago of no trash pickup because of driver being involved in a wreck. Ok I'll let that slide, but what about the other three weeks? I can't remember when I had 4 pickups in a month..yet I still get charged for it, never compensated. Terrible service

    Poor management. Pay for services but they don’t perform the service. How they are allowed to do this legally boggles my mind. Waste of your time, money and efforts dealing with this group.

    good morning,
    I am sorry that you are unsatisfied with are services. upon looking up your account i see we repossessed your can for nonpayment in November 2022. We do see that you started service again on 12/7/22 a can order was placed to bring you a new can. I do see on 12/12/22 a can was delivered to your address. I am going to contact you today by phone to address this situation and make sure you have a can. hopefully we can get this resolved quickly.

    Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE! No customer service at all. Will not return your phone calls. Will not answer phone. They pick up trash when they get ready. Never on schedule! Our subdivision went 2-1/2 weeks without pickup in December. They did Not Credit our account for missed weeks. Already over a week past pickup currently and will not credit account for weeks missed! Republic running on time.

    Wastepath is unpredictable. They don’t come on the same day every week, and this is happening more and more. I’m lucky if I have my trash bin out on the day they do decide to pick up. I live in a residential neighborhood and oftentimes when they pick up trash, they leave several of the bins laying on the ground. It is embarrassing to have this poor service.
